ZWILLING66290-286-0 Madura Plus Frying Pan, Duraslide Granite, 26 cm

This may be the best nonstick pan I’ve ever had. You usually have to decide between something cheap which needs replacing every 12-18 months (and usually containing PFAS, etc) or spending a LOT of money on something more environmentally friendly that is only a bit more durable. I’m willing to pay a lot for a nonstick pan that lasts, but they don’t seem to exist.I read a lot of cooking sites and reviews before selecting this as it was repeatedly mentioned as the pan most people doing the testing and reviews use at home and they’ve lasted for well over two years.We’ll see how long it lasts but I can’t fault its performance so far. It feels solid - not just a layer of nonstick sprayed on. I’ve cooked eggs without any oil or butter as a test and nothing sticks. You do have to use a lower heat (the instructions say no more than 2/3 power) but it’s fine for most things you’d want to use a nonstick pan for.The only box this doesn’t tick is being oven safe at higher temps. I have plenty of other pans that can go from stove to oven, so it’s not a dealbreaker but it would have been nice.All in all this hits the sweet spot for quality, value, and price. I’m tempted to buy some other sizes.

Right size non stick great.

Zwilling Madura Non-Stick Pan, Never gets put away. Our everyday pan now! Perfect size, weight, handling, & performance. Everyone is different so it’s a personal choice; we like the pan feel & response. Cooks anything, even eggs without sticking. Heats quickly. We don’t usually use non-stick pans as they contain toxic chemicals. However, this Madura pan is not made of the typical PFOA toxic chemical compound with potential health hazards to non-stick. Instead are made of, “Duraslide Granite”, No PFOA, resulting in a safer pan. We decided to tryout for some recipes that require non-stick, and find ourselves using it more frequently. We do not cook on high heat, or leave pans empty, or dry, to preserve the longevity. Noticed other review pictures that may have been a result from misused to the pan, or different model, but the #66290-286-0 Madura we received has a different design, no peeling or damage. Lasted 2 years then got scratched so had to discard it

This is the best ever frying pan!!! I love it! Only wish it wasn't so expensive then I'd buy another one of a larger size.

We've been using this for a few weeks now and it's wonderful. Eggs slide off. Favourite pan. I still worry about forever chemicals so I use our steel pan when possible, but some things (like eggs) just really need a nonstick pan.

Been using thus for some while and the only frypan not to craze or stick I highly recommend this item
