Unity Wall Clock, Hastings, Silent Sweep, Modern, Silver, 22 cm / 8.6-inch

Wanted an inexpensive wall clock for kids bedroom that didn't tick all night, and wanted an analogue clock to help with learning to read time properly.This clock has a continuous movement/sweeping second hand motion. Instead of 1 tick sound per second, this produces many ticks, like a machine gun. Each tick might be quieter relative to other clocks, but the rapid ticking noise is too much for a bedroom. Decided to use elsewhere, as other than that, it does the job well.

We had this up in a conservatory for a while but it didn't last very long before it stopped working. Not reliable.

This clock is great the best yet doesn’t tick I looked everywhere for a none ticking great

I bought two of these clocks. One is working well and makes no sound. The second clock had to be returned as it was making a loud clicking noise. I do intend purchasing another of these clocks as I am very satisfied with the working one.For the price, I am very happy with the clock's performance.

Lasted all of 2 weeks.Tried new batteries.

Started making clicking noise and stopped working...replaced battery and clock works but now permanently make a noise so negates silent sweep.I can't find how to get my money back!

Having read the reviews I purchased this clock, and whilst you can hear it slightly in a dead silent room, it is far from intrusive. I sleep almost right next to it and have zero noise interruption or issues with it. Fantastic buy, albiet a little fast

Bought for the bedroom and it’s a silent clock which is what I wanted, no ticking distractions when trying to sleep. Keeps perfect time.
