This ice maker work very good. It make ice really fast. It keeps up with the demand.

This is a good size for our small bar/eatery, and produces ice relatively quickly. We did have an issue with the water pump within a few months of putting it into service, but the manufacturer was very quick to help us resolve this issue with a new part. Service after the sale is very important to us, five stars!

I bought this EUHOMY commercial ice machine about a year ago and only used it for a couple of months before properly winterizing and storing it. When I started using it again this season, the machine stopped working correctly because the water circulation pump would not start.I replaced the water pump twice with brand-new pumps and still had the exact same issue. The pump only works if manually started, which makes the machine unusable. I checked the float sensor, water supply, and drain, and the problem still continues.For a commercial machine at this price, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better reliability and support. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.

It's a fast, quiet machine that makes ice. While it is labeled as commercial, it doesn't feel nearly sturdy enough to be used multiple times per day. The door is cheap and feels like it's going to break at any time. Additionally, the ice is created in chunks of 15-20 that you have to manually break up with an ice scoop. Customer service suggested I use the cheap, plastic ice scoop they provided. It would likely break that.For a commercial ice machine that costs towards 1k, the value just isn't here with this.

Love! My boys love bagging ice to keep in the freezer so they have it stocked up when they need it!

This unit is easy to install and makes ice relatively fast. However, the hopper capacity is exaggerated. It states it holds 65lb of ice. That may be true if you put ice in it. During operation , the hopper will hold about 30lbs of ice, due to the shutoff switch inside the icemaker. When the hopper reaches a certain capacity, the ice buildup will depress the switch and kill ice production. You have to constantly pull the ice forward off the switch to continue production. Creating a mound of ice in the front to prevent access to the switch and continued ice production.Also, the hopper is not refrigerated so ice doesn't remain frozen. It is continuously melting, draining and producing ice, continuously running water.If you are needing a icemaker for a fast turnaround without needing a long term storage of ice, then this will work. But, if you are a facility looking to keep ice on hand long term without raising your water bill, then look else ware.
