NORTIV 8 Women's Waterproof Hiking Boots Trekking

This is an honest review. No affiliation or commision. I bought these boots for a trip to Iceland. I wanted a budget-friendly pair of quality hiking boots without paying for a big name brands. They turned out to be one of the best purchases I made for the trip. They were comfortable on long hikes and provided excellent ankle support on rocky and uneven terrain. We experienced all kinds of Icelandic weather. Rain, mud, wet trails, and windy conditions and my feet stayed dry the entire time. The traction was dependable (which was also important), and the boots felt sturdy without being too heavy. For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for reliable hiking boots that can handle challenging conditions without breaking the bank, I would definitely recommend these.

I've eyed this shoe/boot for a few years, but as I am the queen of CHEAP, I couldn't justify, well, it not being cheap. I've ordered other boots that were less expensive and they were well suited to my purpose, qualty made, comfortable, and, of course they were cute. But I just really like the appearance of these boots. Then to my surprise, Amazon PRIME days brought this boot with a much reduced price tag...I shouldn't have....ooooh, but I DID! Just got them today and totally NOT dissapointed...the fit is true to size, comfortable, and simply freaking cute. Plus they give you an extra pair of the colored laces. I got the dark gray-ish with blue and I'm in total love. They aren't SUPER light because they are actually substantial, heavy duty boots. Great grippy sole, tough upper, heavily protected toe -not metal I don't think - but it will probably hold up if a tree falls on your foot or you're run over by a lighter car. I'm totally impressed, glad I got the discount, of course but can vouch for their non-discounted value. They just ooze quality. I will wear with thick socks for winter. I live in the desert where there is tons of hiking and off roading opportunities. I'll wear them to our annual Brianhead Utah ski trip to stay dry in snow when not on skis.... they just seem very true to claims...My only con...dang..I don't want them to ever get dirty..

Very comfortable. Helps with ankle support. Wore these to hike at Rocky Mountain National Park. Hiked multiple trails and inclines, my feet felt good and did not hurt afterwards. They are also waterproof and warm!

What I like: I love how these look. I love the blue shoelaces against the dark grey. The tread looks good. There's no chance my toes will poke through the fabric. I've had that trouble with a lot of shoes. These will hold everything together, including my ankles. What I like less: I'm guessing these are an average-weight hiking boot, but I'm used to lightweight sneakers. They're also hot on my feet for probably the same reason. What I need to get used to: I've never had shoes that come up over my ankles. That will take some getting used to. They rustle a little and squeak a bit for some reason. I guess it's the fabric. I'm guessing they will require some breaking in. I bought a lightweight hiking shoe from this brand, but sadly received the wrong product and wrong size in the right box. That was weird. Of course I returned the other shoes. But now I'm not sure if these will be enough for my summer adventures since they're hot and heavy. I also don't know how waterproof they will be. I guess I'll find out, but most likely not until fall or winter. I will update this review once I wear them hiking.

Based on prior reviews, Amazon recommended I order size 9.5 instead of my usual size 9. I ignored that suggestion and ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly - like any other size 9. I added a $15 set of Dr Scholl's insoles and the boots feel comfortable and sturdy. I am breaking them in now with no discomfort. Update: I wore these all weekend for strenuous hiking in rocky, muddy, wet/running water rough terrain for hours at a stretch and they were awesome and very comfortable. My footing was solid, my feet stayed dry, and while the rest of my muscles were sore from the workout, my feet weren't sore at all. I am very pleased with these boots.

The shoes themselves seem like they are good quality. Pretty comfortable right out of box. However.... I got the taupe color and they look NOTHING like the picture. They are gray with what looks almost like a very light color pink laces. My family all agreed when they saw them. We bought my teenage daughters and myself all different colors so we grab our shoes and go we know which pair is ours. My daughter's all look like the colors in the pictures and mine... well, they just aren't as nice. Very disappointed as I really like the color that is pictured and not the light gray they are (see picture). Also, I am ALWAYS a solid size 7 and these seem to be a little loose. They seem to slip a little when walking but I'm not sure it would be worth sizing down because they might be to tight in other areas. Still debating on keeping or returning these as I seem to have a love/hate relationship with them. I will update if I decide to keep them and we go on our trip.

I purchased these knowing I would be hiking and camping in a cave with my son's Boy Scout Troop. I was looking for waterproof and comfortable. I normally wear a size 11 or 12 women's shoe, depending on the fit. After reading the reviews I opted for size 11W, which fit me perfectly. When I say that I put these to the test over the span of a weekend, I truly mean it. The cave had puddles that were literally inches deep in spots and there was mud. In other words, it was a cave. My feet never were even damp even after I gave up trying to hop to the sides of the puddles and just started walking right through the water. These also gave my feet ample support, which I usually struggle with. I did a lot of walking and standing on our adventure and these boots were even better than I hoped they would be. The traction on the bottom really helped in areas where mud covered the path. I look forward to seeing how they handle a Wisconsin winter. Hoping my feet stay as warm and dry as they did in the cave. Well worth the money I paid for them!

Pedí el color gris prado en la talla 22.5. Mi pie mide exactamente 22.5 cm (lo medí en una hoja), así que tenía un poco de miedo de que me quedaran justas, pero la verdad es que me quedaron muy bien. No aprietan, al contrario, tienen un pequeño espacio que permite que el pie respire y esté cómodo. Cabe mencionar que mi pie es delgado, pero aun así considero que la horma viene bien, ligeramente amplia. Las usé durante una semana y media seguida, y en general son bastante cómodas. Sin embargo, si planeas caminar muchísimo, puede que en algún punto sientas un poco de molestia en el talón, especialmente si las usas por muchas horas desde nuevas. En ese caso, recomendaría considerar una plantilla para mayor comodidad. En cuanto a la calidad, es muy buena. Las botas son tal cual como se ven en las imágenes, incluso mejor de lo esperado. Además, el envío fue excelente: llegaron antes de la fecha estimada, lo cual fue un gran plus. Un detalle importante es que un día me tocó lluvia y puedo decir que mi pie se mantuvo completamente seco. En general, una muy buena compra.

Produit de qualité, mais la pointure était légèrement trop petite. Une demi-pointure de plus aurait été idéale. J'ai malheureusement dû retourner l'article.

Super Schuh. Gibt meinem Fuß eine gute Stabilität und passt auch in meiner regulären Größe. Hatte selbst beim einlaufen keine Blasen und nach der zweiten richtigen Wandertour hatte der Schuh die Passform meines Fußes perfekt angenommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
