Very good, but take the full dosage.
Listen to my stupidity and learn. I bought this for a knee which was starting to give me trouble. Recommended dosage is 4 pills a day. I'm cheap. I thought, "I'll just take two and see what happens." After nearly a year taking it the knee was getting worse and I decided this stuff wasn't helping. I had about a half bottle left so figuring I had nothing to lose I started taking the full dose just to finish off the bottle. In two days my knee stopped hurting completely. This %*^&'s magic, if you actually. take. the. recommended. dosage. I was stupid.

Great all-in-one product
I'm a repeat customer. My daughter has medical issues, including RA and possible autoimmune issues. Her doctor recommended some vitamins and other supplements. Since my daughter has difficultly with many pills (usually hard pills with an outer coating), we look for things like gummy or liquid gels. This product contained everything the doctor recommended and is in a formula my daughter can handle. I'd definitely recommend this product.

I have tried many but this was the only one where I can tell a difference right away.
I have tried many but this was the only one where I can tell a difference right away. I only take 3 a day instead of four and still my joints are feeling nice. The pills are HUGE though so if you aren't good with large pills sorry. The pills are greasy so they go down very easy. I am not the best at big pills and I have no problem with these.

Necessity for those who feel joint discomfort
After two weeks of use, my knee pain has diminished. I can squat 430lbs again. I have combined this with bcaa, fish oil, glutamine, and b-complex. I pay less than what you would spend at gnc's multi vitamin.

Soft gel like.
Really like that this is a sofrgell makes it so much easier to swallow, even though these are quite big. Taking 4 a day is a bit much too and you only get a 30 day supplyso I think they need to refine the concentration of these so you could only have to take two or three. Needs to have more servings as well. Price is high as well. They should take out the added vit c and e that might make these smaller. I do recommend these.

A nice aid to recovery time!
I definitely feel that MET-Rx Joint Guard makes a noticeable difference in recovery time after workouts, as far as my knees, elbows, and shoulders feel after a workout. I lift moderately light weight, but go for high reps. I used to rest for 2 or 3 days before repeating arms or leg days, but after taking these, I feel ready after only one day. My knees would always swell after squats, and with joint guard, it is necessarily gone, but the swelling is much reduced, probably on the order of a 75% reduction.I actually take half the recommended dosage, both because it is effective at the dosage, and because I am not an elite athlete who is working themselves to the limit.PROS:+ A lot of different proven ingredients in one blend+ Fairly inexpensive for what it does+ I trust MET-Rx more than most supplement producers (personal & anecdotal experience)CONS:- Large capsules are hard to swallow (for some people)- Only a 30 day supply at 4 capsules per day

I only take half of the recommended dosage and it works wonders
I've tried a lot of joint supplements and this one is THE one. I only take half of the recommended dosage and it works wonders. Everyone I've recommended it to says the same.

Big Help
Joint guard has proven to be a huge help for the cartilage in my left knee. Was scheduled for a knee replacement last November, but opted instead to try to rehabilitate it to avoid all of the risks and permanent commitment to an artificial joint. It has also brought my HDL's up to a better level. Still walking on original equipment as long as I am careful and avoid contact with the concrete.
