I ordered one for my husband to have as a keepsake of his mom since she sadly passed away. And all the pictures I used came out beautiful. He was so moved he keeps it next to his nightstand.

This was an terrible experience. I customized this for mother's day and it came with according to the seller, despite my choice of design and lettering they use default font, there were no capital letters for the names, and in addition, the colors of the flowers were wrong. Im not even sure what was written but it wasnt what we wrote. Beware buyers, this was the worst personalized gift I ever bought; seller brushed it off like it was not right, or acknowledge it was poorly made and did not give me a refund!

The pictures I supplied were duplicated into the frame and look just like the originals. Super fast turn around, securely packaged, arrived without any damage and fast shipping. Great communication with vendor. I'm just glad my sister loved her gift! The actual final product was loaded so I could see my actual pics etc vs generic.
