Correct genuine Vaillant product
The packaging was a bit tatty. There was an after market security label sealing box, which said if broken, this Item cannot be returned. The bottom of package was open, damaged. Looked like a returned item. However the small package containing seals was intact and were all as required. The actual product was unused, and worked fine when installed.delivery was ok.Only gripe is if you break seal and product is not all there, then it cant be returned.Luckily it was as it should be.
