Celiac Friendly
It's a great addition to a Celiac Friendly Diet , Meatloaf is amazing with these crunchy little guys. Chicken Fingers are also amazing. All around great Gluten free substitute for just about that calls for bread crumbs. Only downside is the small package size, Would be nice if the offered a Family Or Bulk size.

Great taste and texture for use in air fryer
I used this on some cod in the air fryer, and it worked great! I like the texture better than some other brands. This is crunchy but not gritty. Fabulous. Will order again.

It’s a good value for its size, doesn’t feel like skimflation compared to its gluten’d counterpart. It arrived fresh, sealed, and ready to go. It’s easy to store and a gluten free pantry must have for our family.

Good taste but need to be crushed or ground to work best
These taste good but they're like BBs in the package - way too lumpy for the kind of breading I want to do. My answer is to pour some of the coating into a small spice grinder and give it a few pulses to break the crumbs to more manageable size.

Hooray for Kikkoman!! Gluten free Panko!
I’m extremely gluten sensitive and this gluten free panko saved me from a loooong homemade process and cut my prep time enormously. My tonkatsu dinner came out crispy and delicious. Very happy! Will be a shelf staple for sure 👍
