It does a decent massage. It has an auto shut off that may make you think the battery needs recharging, but you can turn it back on mutiple times.

I recently got my hands on this neck massager, and honestly, it’s been a total lifesaver. It uses '4D' deep kneading with 6 massage nodes to pinch, push, and knead your shoulders and neck. I LOVE the fact that it’s cordless so I can use it anywhere – while reading, working, or just chilling on the couch.This massager fits my neck and shoulders well, but I'm on the narrow side in both of those areas. I wouldn't be surprised to find that those with wide shoulders and necks may find that this device feels a bit tight or small for them.The handles are a huge bonus, allowing you to not only have a comfortable way to keep it in place if you have to get up and move, but also so that you can add a little extra pressure in the right direction to really help focus on the problem areas.The heat function is a dream; it adds that extra touch of relief that melts away my tension. I don't feel that it gets too hot, but my husband much prefers it without heat specifically because of the PU Leather that covers the massager holds heat. He naturally runs hot and feels it when combined with the heat function it gets too warm and creates stickiness on the skin, which decreases the overall pleasure of the massage.You can adjust the intensity in both modes, and works equally well for light massage after a long day and deep kneading those stubborn knots. Mode and intensity are changed with the simple press of a button.It’s super easy to charge with the USB Type-C cable, and the battery life is impressive – a full charge lasts me several sessions.Cons:- I do wish it was easier to store. The unit is a bit on the bulky side. It's much easier to leave it out hung up than to store it away on a shelf.- Definitely made for the neck and shoulders, despite the claims of it being for the lower back and legs as well.- Takes a minute to figure out how to wear it correctly, but once you figure out how it works it goes on quickly and easily.All in all, this neck massager is a great find and a gift I’d definitely recommend – it’s like having a personal masseuse on call. No more begging hubby for a shoulder massage after we both had a long day.

This KNQZE Neck Massager for Neck Pain Relief has been very helpful for my neck and shoulder. This massager allows me to get to get the spots needed and do it myself which is also super helpful. I love that its cordless and I love that it actually helps with my muscles. I highly recommend it.
