I have used this for some LED projects, and it has been working fine. I haven't put on anywhere near 40A of load, but because the specifications of inexpensive Chinese power supplies can be more aspirational than actual, I try not to go over about half the claimed power capacity. Even if I can go higher, drawing less than maximum power lets it run cooler. and it is less likely to burn out a component. However, this appears to be decently built, so I might trust it up to about 30A with some testing.

This will remove lag, and also those lights at the end of the string, that become dim because they are not fully powered. This arrived in the mail and I had a plan to use it, but its been several months and I'm just too nervous to test it as the material feels extremely cheap.

I was struggling with unreliable power sources for my extensive LED strip setup. This JPS200P unit has been great. It's incredibly powerful, delivering consistent 5V output with 40 amps to all my strips without any flickering or dimming. I ordered this 5V 40A power supply from Soheryii mainly to use for powering LED lighting strips. For now, I am using this power supply for testing out different LED strips for eventual permanent installation throughout my home. For what I consider to be a very reasonable price, this unit appears to be very well made - with a fair amount of heft to it, and with nice even layout of components on the PC board (based on what I can see through the cover perforations and near the open ends of the case by the input and output terminals).Speaking of perforations, this allows efficient air circulation for sufficient cooling without requiring the use of a cooling fan. Although I didn't yet try to power anything near the rated 40 Amps, during my initial usage the supply remained completely cool. Voltage was also stable, measured at 5.04 volts. The unit provides two separate sets of 5V output terminals. This power supply is a great value in my opinion!

This power supply puts out 40 Amps in a tiny package. I was quite surprised at how small it is. This is the ideal device for lighting up tons of LEDs in those DIY Christmas light displays. It has the power! This is an pen frame supply. The terminals for both high and voltage are exposed on each end. The terminals do have a plastic strip over them but if there are little children around this is not adequate. The supply needs to be better protected but people using open frame supplies like this I'm sure know better.

We'll see how well this holds up over time, but so far so good.I'm using it for powering a lot of ws2813b LED pixels for a few lighting projects around my office, and it's handling them no problem. I'll also be using it for a mass USB charging station for another project I'm working on, which will allow me to charge up like 30 USB powered batteries at the same time with plenty of headroom.
