Very easy to clean. Food does not stick to the pan if the heat is not too high. I’m really enjoying the griddle for cooking eggs, pancakes, and French toast.

I absolutely love this griddle pan! Perfect size and cooks evenly. It's a little pricey but worth it to me. Works great on my induction stove top.

LOVE this cookware. I have been replacing all of my pots and pans with HexClad. I really appreciate the quality of the HexClad product, they live up to all the hype (heat distribution, heating performance, ease of cleaning, etc.) that I've read about them! Worth every penny . . . Best cookware ever!

This was a Christmas present ordered for me. I had my eye in it for over a year. I like it better that my cast iron one and my another that I have but it did warp some after I used it after the 3rd time. I made sure to change from front to back on my cooktop each use. It seem to stick a bit towards the middle and I try to be extra deliberate there when cleaning. I use it, handwash and dry, place it in the black bag, and then back I the box to store it. I really hope it doesn't come continue to warp further.

I bought my first HexClad, a 9" frying pan and loved it. I came back in to buy this 13" Griddle... have now used it and love it also! I have decided to replace all my frying pans to HexClad. The pans cook food very well and even, and the clean up is a dream. I will be coming back to replace all my frying pans, one piece at a time, but I will be coming back!

We have several HExClad pieces already and this is a great addition. We have used it to make cookies, pizza, eggs and bacon, pancakes, and on and on. Very non stick. Easy to clean up. Cooks evenly at lower temps.

Excellent product! Heavy duty and non-stick without the harmful coatings. We are very pleased.

I figured.. well Gordan Ramsay is saying these are good, so it is worth a shot. I had bought several of the "Always Pans" on similar promises. With each new line of those, they are lighter and scratch more easily. I'll miss my pretty pink pans, but I want pans that WORK without me having to be on eggshells. These Hexclad pull their weight. Having a hexclad pan and a gas stove makes me feel like some kind of professional chef every time I cook. I will warn you, though, it took MUCH lower heat settings than I had been using. My cooking times decreased drastically. I can use whatever utensils I need, metal, wood, plastic.. etc. Also, the lids are safe to grab even when using them on pans on the burners. I don't put any of my Hexclad in the dishwasher.

I'm glad I finally started making dosa on a non Toxic pan bought this for the size. It's not a non stick pan we need to know how to use it, right amount of cooking fat and right heat so things don't stick the main purpose of buying this is eating healthier

Qualité superbe. J’avais déjà un wok depuis un an avec grande satisfaction. La crêpière est extraordinaire, la répartition de la chaleur est très régulière ne colle pas et l’entretien est simplissime. Seul bémol le prix mais elle va durer

Simply Superb. Best griddle I've ever owned. Excellent non-stick and it is very substantial so I don't think there will be warping issues in the future like I've had with others over the years.
