GiIRLS ,DO NOT TAKE THESE TABLETS!!! I was very thin , so i started taking these tablets at starting my digestive system interrupted after then i gained weight but when i stopped taking these tablets my periods became very irregular. Sometimes it is 25 days late all these i m experiencing from 2 years when i stopped taking tablets . When i visited doc he told me i m having hormonal imbalance , dysmonerria So girls dont take these tablets if you really want to gain weight go to gym take diet But dont take thsese tablets i do know what it contains but it disrupts ur period cycle nd eventaully your daily life activities will also get hamper so dont take these supplemesnt without doc suggestion

Wouldn't recommend to use the product
I do exercise for around 8 to 10 hours per week. Including heavy weight lifting and cardio each six times a week. I took this tablet for weight gain (mostly expected to gain muscles as I was working out a lot). Below are the observations from the product, 1. The tablet makes you sleepy and tired. Symptoms stays the same even after 2 weeks of time. Didn't get any better. 2. Weight gain happens around your stomach and mostly as fat. My fat range is 24% and it reached 28% in 2 weeks time and gained around 4 kgs. (There is no change in my diet. As I am eating healthy with moderate carbs and consuming a reasonable healthy fats). 3. You can't focus on work and you will feel lethargic throughout the day. It is really not worth to gain the weight with above symptoms. Only plus, you will sleep well. Apart from that no good comes from this tablet. Only too much of fat gain, which can be easily done by eating more.
