Review: Paperweight - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! If something breaks on it, you’ll have better luck winning the lottery than getting in touch with the warranty department, or the manufacturer, or finding the correct size fasteners to fix the issue. I got a total of 7 cuts with it. Haven’t even had it a full season. Then the drive belt broke. While trying to remove the PTO pulley to replace it, the bolt broke in the crank. Had no choice but to send it to a repair company to remove the rest of the bolt. The manual reads it needs a 3/8-16 x 2-1/4 size bolt….. well that was too small, 7/16 was a correct size but the don’t make a 7/16-16. 10mm was too small and 12mm is too big. I wish I could give 0 stars. And now I’m stuck paying for a product I can’t use. Never again.

It's made if a lot more plastic than I expected. I also had to put it together which I did not appreciate. Maybe 8 parts, and it took me about 45 mins. I guess I'm just use to my John Deer I previously had but this feels so cheap, like it's going to fall apart. Maybe because it's really light weight, IDK. I have a very small hill and it feels like it's going to flip over, the front two wheels keep coming up off the ground. But other than all that, it works and it cuts pretty well. Starts easy. I don't like that you have to disengage the blades to reverse, and all the shifting gears is a pain
