Excellent and refreshing. It does all it claims to do. I want more of it. Dissolves easily and tastes good and refreshing.

I haven't felt great since I had COVID, always so sluggish and never really refreshed. But after using those little sticks for almost four months, I can say they can be *really* effective and boost my energy and focus, and keep me alert in the afternoon. I love the orange flavor 😋 The only downside is the price, but hey, I'm worth it, right? 👌

Expensive but taste better than most and effective

Over the last couple of years I've been having lots of small bugs like the cold/flu and generally run down. I was recommended this by a fellow runner and what a difference its made. After just a couple of weeks I feel myself having much more energy, along with sleeping better. I have cut back on coffee too which may of helped. These are easy to mix and flavor wise, not too bad. Just like an orange energy drink - just not as sweet which i prefer. I'll continue to drink these once a day and will update my review if anything changes.

This is the best multi vitamin I have ever taken! It dissolves easily and makes a pleasant flavoured drink. I can feel the energy once I have taken it. It's a must-have in our family to help us through the winter and protect our immunity. I think it will be an all-year round vitamin supplement for us from now on!

When I just use straight from sachet to my mouth it works but when I mix it with water I see no difference in my body.

These definitely brighten up your day when taken once a day. Great if your getting over a flu or cold etc too. They made me feel less tired and gave me a spring in my step!

Sugar content sky rockets your glucose blood level to literally untreated diabetic levels. Blood test come back at 48mmol after a week of use with incredible thirst and bad breath. Avoid at all costs. Blood sugar levels come back to normal non diabetic levels after 4 days! Do not buy!

They arrived 2 days late and the packaging was squashed upon arrival, so I would prefer that they be boxed next time please. I am happy that I can purchase these through Amazon though, as I have previously taken these in Ireland and they made me feel incredibly healthy.

Amazon doesn't show ingredients of food products. People are allergic to some ingredients. Like this one., Yeast. don't sell for Amazon if they don't post the ingredients. Non returnable also isn’t specified. This is a crappy show.
