This is one of the best air mattresses I’ve owned. It inflates quickly, holds air very well, and is genuinely comfortable — firm but still supportive. I’ve used it multiple nights and slept great. I did have a small issue with the first mattress, and this is where the company really stood out. Customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, were professional, and immediately shipped me a replacement via FedEx with no hassle at all. That level of service is rare and very appreciated. The replacement arrived fast and has been perfect. Great product, great build quality, and top-tier customer service. I would absolutely recommend this mattress and would buy from this company again without hesitation.

I have used many different brands of air mattresses, usually the budget type that have fallen short for one reason or another. After my last mattress developed a seam leak, I decided I was going to spend the extra money and get something of the highest quality. This King Koil mattress is the most comfortable air mattress I have ever used. I am sleeping much better because of the support from the air coils. You can just tell that this is higher quality than most, as soon as it is inflated. The pump is easy to use, powerful, and inflates the mattress quickly. I like how there are two knobs, one for inflation and one for deflation - which allows you to adjust the firmness precisely to your liking. The full size is perfect for one person; it gives you some room to move and takes up less space than a queen. I like the look of the black sides and tan top, though I am using sheets and blankets to cover it. It just speaks quality from every angle. I must say, when I received the first mattress, I was a bit disappointed because there was an issue with air leaking - there is always that chance with any air mattress; however, when I contacted customer service, they were quick to ship me a replacement mattress, and the second one is perfect - like the quality I expected. This is totally worth paying the extra money for the quality you get. Hands down the best air mattress I have ever owned.

July 21, 2019 OK, So, I am writing another review on top of my first review for this company and this bed because I can't figure out how to write a second review for the same product. (Or if it's possible to do so.). This company is one in a million! It's not a great time to be a consumer, in this world, however, the people at King Koil (Patrick) have proved me wrong and have gone far beyond what anyone would expect from an air mattress company!! They replaced my bed - TWICE!! If you have ever gone to Target or Walmart and bought an air mattress for yourself, please take note of how the manufacturer has shielded themselves from any returns, whatsoever! (One particular, well known, Canadian company comes to my mind - no problem for them to take your money and run!) It's very hard, for some reason, for air mattress companies to stand behind their product. King Koil however, makes it clear that your satisfaction, as a customer, is VERY important to them. Your review of their product and your "word of mouth" makes a difference to them. They feel confident about their product and if you are unsatisfied with it, in any way, they want to make it right with you. I'd have to search Amazon at long time to come across a review that tells the world that they would be foolish to purchase a similar product from any other company in the WORLD! BTW, this review should have been written a few months ago. I apologize for the delay (I've been a little busy). Thank you to King Koil for standing by your product and replacing my purchase twice. I appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction, your speedy emails back to me (Patrick) and for making the replacement effortless. I'm very sorry for not getting this review up sooner as I don't want to diminish my appreciation. You guys are great and my mattress is unbelievable comfortable!! Thank you!!!!!! I cannot tell explain how happy I am with the customer service for this company. Before that though, let me mention that the bed is beautiful and I love the self inflate feature that allows you to just plug it in, turn a dial and it inflates immediately. No pulling out a separate item that has to be purchased, plugging it in, trying to reach the bed to blow it up, etc...... This is a no hassle inflating procedure. I had the bed about 9 months and it developed a slow leak. I figured I would need to purchase another but checked my receipt to see when I purchased it and noticed that it had a year long guarantee. I contacted the company, through Amazon and within 5 minutes I got an email back stating that my bed was under guarantee and they would send me a replacement. They wanted a picture of the "damage". After a couple days, I checked the bed and could not find where the leak was coming from. I wrote another email back to them and again - 5 minutes later received a reply stating "no problem, we will rush you a replacement.”- “No need to send back the damaged bed!” What a relief to not have to deal with repacking the damaged bed and mailing it back to them. Within 2 days - I received a replacement. What a breeze!!! This was top-notch customer service! After dealing with a competitor of King Koil’s a few years back, I cannot explain how impressed I was by King Koil's customer service and how quickly they stood by their product. A few years ago, after purchasing an air bed from a competitor, I noticed that mold had developed on the top of the mattress. I sent a picture to the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement. Several months later, I took the bed out to use and after blowing it up, I discovered that they had sent me a cheaper, low end bed that was substantially smaller than the one I had originally purchased. When I called and emailed the manufacturer, they told me that my bed was now no longer covered under the warranty so they wouldn't do anything about it. I told them that THEY made an error (I don't really think it was an error). They would not stand by their product or their mistake. I believe they shipped me an inferior product replacement because that is how they do business. They also make it clear, in writing, all over the box and on literature inside the box, that it will not be easy to return this product. I will never buy another product from that competitor's company and I make sure that I tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They are unprofessional, the quality is awful and the customer service is horrendous. I am so pleased with King Koil and the person that emailed me back several times to help me resolve my issue. More than once, Patrick wrote in his email that "we are here for you". Thank you, Patrick!!! It was a pleasure to work with you and I am very pleased with my purchase. The pros: this mattress was pretty comfortable, although my wife felt like she was constantly getting pushed off of it, if the two of us were on it. It has a luxurious feel to it too. It's nice and soft. Very cool that it self inflates also. The cons: it lets air out over time. We may have gotten a faulty model but we just didn't feel it stayed fully inflated. Ultimately we returned it but would buy it again to chance getting a better product because we love the King Koil brand.

The bed is super comfortable and customer service is great! It's a nice and spacey bed that retains air really well. Great value for money and super easy to set up. I had some sort of electrical issue with mine and customer service sorted it out so quick. Great company!

Upon receipt, we tried to inflate the King Koil Twin Air Mattress with Built in Pump, but the internal pump starting smoking as it appeared the motor short circuited and would not inflate. We double checked the wall plug and the wall plug had no issues so it was clear the King Koil was defective.

When we first turned it on a huge flame blew from the pump into the mattress. It burned and smelt so bad. So so dangerous. Of course it didn’t work after that and now I have to go through refund process.

Not for European outlets! Soooo, pretty much useless. Very annoying. I had an adapter, but apparently not the correct type and the motor died. Money out the window.

Great value, very comfortable! Effortless to inflate and deflate - a very nice surprise. Slept on it for four months - very happy with it. Much more comfortable and user friendly than I imagined it would be. Excellent quality in every way. I expect it to last a long time. I have used other air mattresses - hated them, they were so cheap that they started leaking after about 5 weeks.
