Excellent pool float, but the lights are fussy
I adore this pool float. It’s the perfect size for one adult person to lie down on and float on the pool and very comfortable. The tail makes an excellent pillow. I like that I can float on the pool with my feet in the water while wearing street clothes (nothing sharp though) instead of a bathing suit. It’s easy to inflate with an air pump. The body/head, and the two wing pieces are 3 separate sections. You have to be a bit quick with closing the valve after inflating. The only negative is that the lights are fussy. The solar panel will not charge the battery unless the lights are off. The remote does not work to turn the lights off, so you have to do it manually. The solar panel has a single switch for the lights that toggles between 7 light settings and off. Of course, once the battery dies and the lights are out, you have to remember the button-push count to get to off. With the sun shining on the solar panel, you can push the button repeatedly until you find the lights are off, but in the sun it is hard to see if the lights are on or off in the daylight. It's doable, but it would be really nice if the battery would charge whether or not the lights were off. I have other pool floats that are light activated (okay, dark activated), that charge during the day, and automatically turn on when the sun goes down--no need to mess with an on/off button, unless I don't want it to turn on.Other than the lights, I highly recommend this float. It is fun, looks great floating in my pool, gets lots of use.p.s. The warnings on the side say the usual about not letting children use it unsupervised, and about it's not being a life preserver, but it also says "This is not a toy". hahaha.

Light does not work
I have had a total of two of these floats, and neither one of them will light up after two days sitting in direct sun light. After I purchased the first one and it did not light up I just really felt like it was a fluke so I went ahead and did a replacement and this one doesn’t work either. Reason for paying this much money was because it lights up Or was supposed to light up I should say. It does seem like a very sturdy float and it’s super cute but I’m just so disappointed. I’m definitely not gonna try a third replacement. I’m just gonna buy a float from another brand. Of course, when I purchased mine, there was only one review and it didn’t talk about the light working or not.

Hilariously Cool
Got this for my 25 yr old son, along with matching trunks covered in ducks wearing sunglasses. It was so very worth it! the inflatable is well constructed and the material is thick and seems like it would be difficult to accidently puncture. It's comfortable enough when you sit on it too.

Somehow has survived all summer… big duck!
We have had this huge duck in and out of the pool all summer with two 11 year old boys. We have not added any air or had to patch any holes, so I am rather impressed there.Plenty of room to lounge out on, this is a pretty cute duck - but beware the size, it takes up a lot of pool space. The only complain and I knocked a star off is the light up function never worked. A little disappointing but given the lifespan and durability, this is a fine product.

Wouldn’t light up after charging. Waiting on replacement now

Making Pool Time So Much Fun
This is a great pool toy, just a huge oversized rubber duck. It's a great hit with kids who just like to crawl all over it. Great fun with lights at night also.

This duck is AMAZING and gives me so much joy!
I spend at lot of time in warmer months outside by the pool, and I love to have fun items around the pool and deck area to give it some visual interest. I have a huge swan float that I loved that has developed an air leak I cannot locate, so I was super excited to come across this light up duck float. We have an automatic air pump, so it was fully inflated in just a minute or two and ready to put in the pool. It is absolutely adorable and the perfect size! We had to let it charge the next day before testing the lights. At first I could NOT get the lights to turn on, so I was discouraged, however, this was all on me, as in my excitement, I did not realize there was a button on the solar panel of the duck's body that needs to be turned on to activate the lights. (In addition to the on/off switch on the remote.)Lit up in the evening it looks absolutely great! There are multiple colors that you can use as well as different levels of brightness. It seems to charge perfectly just floating around in the pool in the daytime (assuming that you have enough direct sunlight on your pool). This is such a fun item that I leave it floating around the pool and it's great to look out in the evening and see it all lit up. It makes me so happy! So glad I found this, and 100% recommend this item!!!UPDATED: I've had the float for about 6 weeks now and it's still doing great. It's still just as inflated as it was initially, so no leakage. I leave the lights activated and it floats around all day and then lights up at night. Mine holds the charge quite well. (It is always still lit up when I go to bed.) I've had so much fun using this float. 100% satisfied!

Very cool but lights aren’t working
Easy to inflate, feels very sturdy. But unfortunately I can’t get it to light up. Somewhat disappointing. Also, I feel like the glasses/goggles should really be a separate inflation chamber because it seems like that would be a vulnerable point that would be very difficult to patch.Update: Well, it doesn't seem to hold air and I can't find the leak. I expect this from a $20 float, but not a $70 one.
