I am very impressed with this kitchen scale. The precision is excellent and the 0.1 g accuracy makes a huge difference for baking, especially when working with doughs and recipes that need very exact measurements. It feels reliable and responds quickly without any of the jumping numbers you get on cheaper scales. The stainless steel pan is a nice size and easy to keep clean. The full view LCD is bright and clear from every angle which is helpful when the counter is crowded. I also like that it is USB rechargeable which saves faffing around with batteries. The percentage function is surprisingly useful. It makes scaling dough formulas far easier and has already helped me get much more consistent results with bread. A very good scale for anyone who bakes regularly. Well made, accurate and a pleasure to use. I am really pleased with it.

I love these scales. They're really precise and responsive, especially when you're trying to gradually pour something into a bowl - water or flour, for example. No jumping around. The % function is magic as you can easily convert measurements to percentages if you're unsure about what a cup or a gram is, for example. It's also big enough to easily see the numbers (large bowls don't cover the readout and small enough to stow. All in all a very good product.

For baking. SO GOOD. No more insane baker maths if you want to make a 300g loaf instead of 500g, or double the amount of pizza base, or whatever. Trivially easy to get the percentages you need. Seems accurate? Love it.

I bought this scale when I moved to the UK from the US. UK recipes use different measurements, so I wanted something with a large variety of measurements to prevent me from constantly looking up conversions. This scale is fantastic. It is such good quality! The variety of measurements is exactly what I was looking for. I love the size of it as it fits small and big bowls for measuring. It has everything you would look for in a scale including a tare and hold function. It does have an auto-off function which sometimes gets a bit annoying, but I’d rather have it, so I don’t waste the battery. Speaking of battery, it does also have a USB function if needed. The screen is large and displays measurements very clearly. I looked at so many scales before I chose this one and I’m extremely pleased.

A great scale for measuring my dogs food

My main issue with this item is speed of accuracy. The scales take a long time to settle on a more accurate reading and they don't give any indication they are still settling which can lead to misreading. For example if you put 100 items weighing 1g on the scale and add another item, it will take up to 25 seconds! to move up to 101g and it does it in one update even though the scale can read to 0.1g accuracy, so where it might be intuitive and enough for the display to fluctuate around 101g before settling, it sits at 100g and then just jumps to 101g meaning you aren't aware it is settling or has even finished settling. In my situation I am counting items by reading pre-printed weight targets, i.e I pour enough items on to the scale to meet a target weight. I have to wait a lot longer than with other scales for the reading to update and adding in that extra 1 or 2 items at the end to make the target is another 25 seconds before I get a reading making this overall a poor scale for this purpose. If you want it just to pour ingredients in for a cake you probably won't care, but if you are using them for hours a day it is a poor solution. I do not think this is fault, it is just poor software in the scale.

Excellent item. Received today and tested all functions - works fine! The downside is the price: I've paid SGD70 here, but if order from TaoBao - it is SGD15... Anyway made in China, will think twice next time I need any appliance. Also batteries are not included, no problem. Manual is very basic, but at least in English.

Bilancia perfettamente funzionante, di grande dimensioni, non avevo compreso che veramente ha delle belle dimensioni per essere una bilancia da cucina tanto è vero vuolevo fare il reso, per pesare solo la pasta non è il massimo ma poi quando ho letto e provato la funzione % acqua per fare impasto pane pizza ho deciao di tenerla e ho fatto bene, utilissima per gli impasti super precisa,con il suo piombo si puo ricalibrare ha anche la ricarica usb e la struttura è molto solida rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto tempi di consegna precisi

Livraison excellente en tous points. Cette balance est parfaite en cuisine: Elle possède toutes les fonctions utiles, bonne surface de plateau, l"écran reste visible même avec une assiette dessus, un poids étalon de 100gr fourni permet de vérifier le calibrage. La balance est arrivée déjà calibrée. Rechargeable, je n'utilise pas les piles AAA fournies. Je suis très satisfait.

This scale is an extremely good value, in my opinion. It comes with a calibration weight that is tucked into a compartment in the bottom so it is very easy to confirm its accuracy. It is light weight, easy to use, and works… there really isn’t much more to say. If you need a good food scale, you’ll be very pleased with this.
