I LOVE IT! I was very skeptical about "grounding" at first. I spent a lot of time online researching and reading what people were saying. Decided to purchase one and try it out, figuring that if I didn't like it, or it didn't work for me I could return it. The first couple of days I was only using it for a couple of hours in the evening, I did notice a difference in my legs. It was helping with the swelling and tight feeling that I had at the end of the day, thanks to a desk job. I then decided to put the mat on the foot end of my bed and all I can say is WOW. I woke up feeling so rested, not groggy, my legs felt great, all the swelling had gone down. I felt that I hadn't slept like that in years. I've had it for 3 months now and it is still on the end of the bed, and I still feel like it helps me to sleep better, feel more rested and help the circulation in my legs to reduce the swelling. In my opinion well worth the money I spent. Looking to purchase one that covers the entire mattress soon. I would say give it a try! One note, if you have any mechanical medical device such as a pacemaker, I believe it is NOT recommended for your use.

Didn't really see any results from using this product, save your money.

So, grounding is a real thing, but not everybody reacts the same towards each device. I have a friend with TN, this thing gave her much of her life back. It didn't help me any. I have extreme nerve damage all through my spine and limbs. Most days I am just happy if I can sleep or sit without losing feeling. I tried sleeping with this under my sheet and each day I woke up in the worst pain imaginable. It relaxed the muscles in my body so much that my back wasn't supported well enough. I removed it after 2 nights and the pain instantly stopped. I tried using this while sitting on the couch but it didn't help at all. So, I returned it and bought the sheet for a third of the price and my life changed almost instantly. I stayed getting feeling back in parts of my body that have been "dead" for years. My neuropathy stopped causing pain within 2 days of leaning on it while on the couch. The methodology works, but not all grounding items will work for every person.

This grounding mat arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised but I'm not so sure it's helping with my neuropathy maybe with a little more time I'll notice a difference

I like the effect. Helps me feel better. I believe a static charge can build up in the body, and should be grounded and discharged on a daily basis. The Grounding Well mat does this very well.

Works great for me....in just a few days my hip and knee pain was gone. Highly recommend.

When I purchased the grounding well matt, i showed the green trade mark on the grounding matt. When I received the grounding well matt, it did not have the green trade mark symbol. I was very disappointed. This is misleading. I also had a broken grounding prong.

Requiere una conexión especial a tierra, no lo indica en la promoción del producto, en México es muy raro que los enchufes de corriente tengan una verdadera conexión a tierra. Lo regrese sin usar...
