I like this Lipton decaffeinated tea. I will buy it again when I need some recommend to other tea drinkers

Pros:Decaffeinated (great for anyone avoiding caffeine)Smooth, clean green tea tasteDelicious both hot and coldEasy to brew individually or by the pitcherGentle on the stomachPairs well with add-ins like chia seedsGood option for light mornings or those who skip breakfastCons:Green tea flavor isn’t for everyoneDecaf means no caffeine boost if that’s what you’re looking forRequires overnight steeping if making a pitcher (not instant)Conclusion:This tea is simple, smooth, and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a decaffeinated green tea, and this delivers without sacrificing flavor. I often make a pitcher overnight, pour a glass in the morning, and add chia seeds for a light, metabolism-boosting start to the day. It’s easy on the stomach, refreshing, and tastes great whether you drink it hot or cold. If you enjoy green tea and want a clean, caffeine-free option, this is a solid choice and a great value.

Lipton tea was a staple in my childhood home and Lipton teas are a staple in my own home, too. I use the decaffeinated green tea bags to make pitchers of iced tea and I enjoy a hot cup of green tea in the evening. Hot or cold, it always tastes fresh, smooth and delicious and green tea has many good health benefits to boot.

I have high BP so I have to drink what helps.

Good tea bags and lots of them
