We already had to reset it several times. The only way to fix it is to reinstall it again and again while losing fingerprint and door code. Super annoying. Expected much better quality from Philips. We have to get a new lock ASAP since we are now used to not lock the door and carry the door key around. Waste of money. 5 Stars for the seller - Update - Seller contacted me after reading the review and offered choice of getting a new product or full refund.
