Definitely worth buying. I'm in and it calms the hot flashes. Also works great for my teen daughter. She's been on them since 13, now almost 15. The difference in mood swings is amazing 😍. Also helps with calming her acne down. Doesn't disappear, but flares significantly better.

is absolute magic, unbelievable blessing. I have been TTC since 2022 and had 2 pregnancy loss. I have high TSH~3-4, PCOS and no so kind insulin resistance but started taking this about 2 months but was not consistent. I had a negative test result a week ago and today after 12 days past from my due period i tested again and 😍 i can hold my tears back after seeing this result. I have tried clomid, letrozole and was supposed to go for IUI this month which i couldn’t for some family emergency but i stated taking vertex with a hope that let’s try this too… i am taking berberine, metformin and levothyroxin with inositol for about 2.5 years now and never had a positive result and besides them i certainly want to believe this thing helped me and worked for me. I am yet to get check and all done but my test result has been one of the miraculous thing that happened and i want to share and tell all girlies and women out there, keep believing and it will happen for you too🙏🏻❤️

I wanted to wait to write a review because i wanted to give my absolute honest opinion. The reason why I purchased them was because I always have really bad periods since I was younger. I have health conditions which I take blood thinners for so that just makes by bleeding with clots worse. My period sometimes last up to 2 month without stopping or getting lighter. My gynecologist has always given me a treatment (not birth control) I don’t remember the name to stop the bleeding but with that it would just mess up my cycle. I decided to take these vitamins after reading so many reviews because this time my period was going on to 28 days with out stopping and i did not want to take the pills that the doctor gave because it dosent solve the problem it just temporary helps it. I took the vitamin and 3 days later PERIOD STOPPED. I am so impressed Idk if the vitamin do what they say they do but I will continue taking them in hopes that my problem my ve fixed. I will update my review acouple of months from now so I can really see if these vitamin really do regulate your hormones. Hopes this review helps...

I bought this because I had a fibroid and to help balance hormones. Dr Axe had Vitex as a recommendation to help shrink fibroids. I don’t go in to have my fibroid tested cause it hasn’t caused me any issues except for a constant slightly bigger belly so I’m not sure if it’s working so far for that or not (he recommended 6 months and I’m only at 1-1/2) so as far as that goes I’ll have to get back with you. It has, however I think, helped with the hormonal imbalance issues I do have (low progesterone). The symptoms I had been showing for that are seemingly gone and overall I’ve been better so there’s that. I would say this is worth a try for anyone although (so far) would recommend trying it longer than even a month to see any significant changes. A few days of trying it or even just a month is probably not going to do much, it’s gonna take longer than that so hang in there.

So first of all, I would like to say that I have had issues with my period since I first got it. I haven’t been to the doctor about it or anything so I’m unaware if I have any underlying issues. I’ve been struggling to keep it regular for years now. I have not had my period in a little over a year now. I became worried and purchased REGULATE by EU Natural. I don't write reviews unless I have given a product enough time to do what it is supposed to do, and supplements is a huge one that needs TIME. I have been taking Vitex daily for four months and I have most definitely seen results. I have HORRIBLE PMS symptoms and to be quite honest my hormones have been out of control since I had my second child over five years ago. This supplement has helped me to be more calm, less like the Hulk. It has lessened the severity of my PMS symptoms - awful cramps, headaches, mood swings, weird appetite changes. I think it has helped my hormonal acne as well because I started breaking out during PMS when I started taking this supplement and I no longer do very much after the four months, but it could be that I increased my benzoyl peroxide treatment around the same time. But often those types of face medicines aren't able to combat hormonal acne very well. I would recommend this supplement to anyone dealing with out of control hormones and give it time to work, I hadn't even realized how much it had been helping me until this last round of my cycle. I guess I do have too much bad estrogen happening, because this really has made a difference in my life.
