I love that the sides are straight. Where I wanted to use it, a curved shade sail would allow some rain to come in. The straight edge is perfect! Thank you!

We bought three rectangle water proof sunshades in Sand to protect our small screened porch area. We wanteda light weight water proof cloth that was colorful and easy to keep folded up and then dropped down to secure when the rains came. These are so nice looking, well made and really water proof. I love the Sand color, which is a soft yellow and matches our home - in Florida color and protection from heavy rain rules. I recommend this product.

I placed mine on a flat surface and tried to tense it as much as I could. Water started to accumulate, fabric started to stretch and permeate.

We bought two of these (6' x 10') to make a make shift shelter on the porch for the 4 stray cats we feed. We screwed them to the support boards of the porch roof at the top utilizing the eyelets and washers, secured the sides to the corner post by screwing them down utilizing the eyelets and washers again, and then with the extra at the bottom, we weighted down the bottom by sitting cement blocks on the excess fabric. It has rained several time since and none of the bedding has gotten the slightest wet. We even had tornado weather last week and the shades stayed in place even with the high winds! These are working out perfectly for our purpose of protecting these sweet stray kitties. In the attached picture, the shade on the back side had not been moved up to the ceiling board yet, it was still just hanging onto the S-hooks. But we have since moved the back shade up to the ceiling like the side shade and it provides fantastic wind and weather block.

Crappy product, misleading descriptionI bought this “waterproof” cover 5 months ago for my pergola. For $120, I thought I’d be getting a quality product. After the first rainstorm, I found out it wasn’t really waterproof. The product headline said waterproof, but when I looked at the fine print it said “when installed on a slope.” Like most pergolas, I’ve got no way to install it on a slope.Second issue is that it is starting to tear after only 5 months, picture attached. I secured it to the top of the pergola through the grommets with wood screws and washers to keep it secured in windy conditions.I’ll never buy from this vendor again.

This sun shade keeps the hot California sun off our patio and keeps the furniture dry as long as the rain is coming straight down, of course. We did have to take it down when we were having high winds because it kept snapping and popping with each gust but the grommets held very well for the time it was up.

After paying over $100 dollars I was hopeful that this would be a quality product. After installing this I have noticed several loose and frayed spots in both fabric and stitching. Especially on the corner attachment rings, where it is most important for the stitching to be strong and sturdy. I am concerned about the quality and lifespan of this product! Even if it stays up, it looks mediocre at best. Only time will tell. Very unhappy

The covering tore very easily and makes a LOT of noise when it's windy.

This product is excellent! The company that make it use top quality material and the fabric and stitching is professional done to excellence. They come in different colours as well, and I highly recommends if you are looking for material which is water proof and well made! THIS IS IT...
