Great quality and performance.

When I purchased this rope, I was just beginning my flow rope journey, having only practiced basic moves (matadors, dragon rolls, etc.) using a basic jump rope. Now, flow rope is part of my daily routine thanks to this rope, usually a basic flow workout for 10-20 mins just going through all the different moves I have learned by watching youtube videos. It has held up well for the several months I have had it. The only wear that I have noticed is in the "bend" of the rope (the middle of the rope) which is from hitting the ground as part of a flow routine. That kind of wear will happen to any rope that you use for flow, cheap or expensive. There are some influencers out there who are trying to sell flow ropes for absurd prices. Ignore those and do yourself a favor by buying an inexpensive rope like this.

Wasn't happy that it came open, the package was not sealed shut at all! I feel like Amazon decided not to even put it in a shipping box and just threw a label on the box. This was a gift for someone and as I know so far nothing is missing, since it's a rope but I don't know if any specific instructions are missing or not! Everything else seems to be in order and fine!

I'm just over 6 ft (185cm) and the length is great as is, I use it most days and have consistently used it on concrete and it has held up well. A good rope to try rope flow for a minimum investment. As a practice I find rope flow to be really useful at opening up my shoulders and improving coordination. I love it as a warm up, cool down or a quick activity break during the day.

Been seeing a bunch of stuff about flow ropes and this was the cheapest option to try. It's sturdy and works great. I haven't seen any real benefits from using it yet but it's fun and I've gotten better at it the more I use it. I'm hoping it will improve my running form in the long run.
