The cheese cutter works very well.Easy to clean.

Blade is to short to cut slices off 3.5" x3.5" blocks of cheese. Blade really needs to be at least 5" (length of diagonal) to work on the big blocks of cheese. Does cut through cheese.

This beautifully designed slicer works great for cutting the smoked provolone cheese I love so much. It also works great for cutting butter squares. It has markers on the base of it so you can cut everything the same size if you want. It is heavy duty and has rubber nubs on the bottom to prevent it from sliding on the countertop when slicing food items. I think its a good value for the price.

Was on the fence when ordered, and was I wrong. This slices cheese nicely, you can slice it as thin or thick as you like. Does hard and soft cheeses.

Major thumbs down. It looks and feels cheap. Absolutely cannot cut anything even. The pressure from cutting cheese makes the blade curve and then it won’t fit in the channel. Also there is a quite a bit of cheese waste (slivers that fall thru the channel). I would pass on this one.

Pro’s: easy to use and cleanCon’s: I was disappointed in the cutting quality. It does NOT do softer cheeses well…I did smoked Gouda, which I don’t consider overly soft and it did not handle it well. Definitely cannot cut thin slices…live and learn from their picture. It was smaller than I thought so does not handle larger blocks well. Probably okay for 2X2 inch logs, but not great for bigger blocks. The blade flexed to much.

Very good quality. The size is perfect. Very easy to use.

so far so good. cuts cheese well but it does seem like it could break easily
