These are the BEST Grilling Planks ever!  Once you've tasted planked Salmon, or any planked fish for that matter, you'll never want your fish any other way.  On these cedar planks fish turns out grilled to perfection with a delightful smokey flavor.  These particular planks are just the right size and thickness to grill any size Salmon, and used right it's possible to get two grills out of each plank.
