The 12th and final Season of Murder She Wrote with Angela Lansbury playing the mystery writer and amateur sleuth, Jessica Fletcher. There are six DVDs in this set, presented well in a smart case, covering all 24 episodes of the twelfth season. Sadly, this is the final farewell from Jessica for the TV series. Extremely entertaining and each episode a jolly good yarn - this season does not disappoint. Recommended for fans of the TV series and anyone who loves a well drawn, well performed mystery with great characters, good humour and a big heart. Well packaged with excellent Amazon delivery.

Fabulous entertainment
Fabulous. I don't remember seeing this later series here in the U.K. It's real fun spotting the clues in these whodunits and working out who the murderer is. They must be very honest people in Cabot Cove (or whatever location Jessica Fletcher visits) because when the guilty party is caught by the cops at the end of every episode they always own up straight away and tell them why they did it. Mrs Fletcher also tells them exactly how she solved the mystery. This may not be a subtle show, but it is vastly entertaining.

Me and my brother bought all of murder she wrote for our mother who liked the show and Angela Landsbury. She was watch it on one the channels on tv but they were all over the place so I said that me and my brother would get them for her birthday Christmas and mothers day.

Every bit as good as all the other series
Every bit as good as all the other series. Up to date on DNA testing , etc. As formulaic as were all the other series: but this is all part of the charm of the episodes. And her catchphrase "Inspector, I know who killed ------" is always worth the wait!

An Average Season But Earlier Seasons Much Better
Not the best of the Murder She Wrote seasons to be honest. Hadn't seen most of the episodes before but none of them really stood out compared to episodes from earlier seasons.

Fabulous Angela Lansbury!
Received the item within the time specified and I am enjoying watching it all over again. Though last in the series is still as good as ever. So pleased! Angela Lansbury is a joy to watch and I will miss Mrs Fletcher and her kind ways!

Murder She Wrote Season 12
As usual Angela Lansbury gives s surpurb performance, as well as the rest of the actors/actresses. It is good seeing how young everyone was back when it was produced, and trying to spot where we have seen them since and in what shows.
