Perfect. I have an 8-pin Transducer, and a 12-pin input to the chart plotter.This did the conversion nicely and it works.Some of the little pieces that are designed to make sure joints don't come loose are a) easy to loose, and b) difficult to fasten correctly. Use them! (It just requires care in assembly)

Do not buy. Faulty locking 12 pin
Do not purchase. 3rd party cable. 12pin locking end will not tighten properly. Skipping screw revolutions when half tight.Seller gives no opportunity to return defective product.
