I started taking this supplement; 2/500mg caps (1,000mg) per day. After 2 months, I now take 1/700mg cap per day. I feel good, and believe after another couple more months, I will really feel the difference. But why oh why do they have the make the labels so difficult to read? This one is bright red with teeny tiny white lettering. I don't know of anyone who could read this label without strong glasses or a magnifying glass. Why do companies do this? I read every word on a label nowadays, and when they are so tough to read, it makes me wonder..... what are they hiding? What don't they want me to know? Afterall, a good description confirms what you (think you) are getting.

This product was independently tested to contain Urolithan A. I’ve tried it before and felt a small benefit. I’m now trying it for a longer duration 5 days on 2 days off to see if the benefits continue or improve. So far I haven’t noticed any acute effects.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this because it was a decent price point when looking at comparable brands. I've been using this product for a few months and have noticed a positive overall difference. Im in my mid 30's and it's definitely helped me out.

Arrived on time, intact and in good condition. I’ve been using this about 3 days a week for about 3 months. I can not say for sure if I can feel any difference but it certainly does not have any negative side effects. I feel that the over all benefits come with time and are not necessarily outwardly obvious. I have experienced an uptick in endurance but I like to think that may simply be that I’m meeting fitness goals through consistency. Too many variables to tell for sure, that is why it’s a four rather than five star review. I am trusting the supporting science behind the long term benefits of this supplement.
