I love these capsules! They work super fast! I take them at night and first thing in the morning I have to go.

THEY WORK !!!!
I started mine last night at 10pm and took 2 pills. It just kicked in around 1:15pm and of course I was at Macy's thinking well these are not working... Guess what, yup they did finally work, and the stomach cramping was insane. I had to run to the ladies' room and pray no one was in there. gut cleanse? Well let's say the smell was nauseating, and I felt so much better finally. I am excited to take them again, so I can cleanse myself some more. I do not go regularly anymore so I am very happy
