My baby loves this jumper. It's very easy to put together, and it's very sturdy.

We purchased this item and after just a month of our 9 month old daughter jumping in it this happens. The stitching came undone after only this short amount of time. Would never recommend this product to any parent that values their child’s safety. Disappointed that such a small issue of stitching could possibly endanger children.

The media could not be loaded. My baby loves the bouncer as you can see I feel like it’s very durable it was a easy install my complaints are that it’s hard to store and it’s not portable I would love to take it into different rooms but I can’t because it’s too wide and doesn’t close so I have to disassemble the sides to be able to move it around and that’s a headache my other complaint is that I have to put my baby in it backwards or else he doesn’t have too much stability his head just wobbles everywhere

We've used the product less than a week and the strap is already fraying where it connects to the seat. It no longer seems safe to use due to risk of baby falling if the strap breaks while they're in it. Myself and baby were happy with the product until this happened so quickly.

Updated to say this is not safe at all!!!! Baby fell out of the side within 45 seconds of being in it. There is not enough support to keep baby in. Terrifying. Babies head hit the ground first, the swing just flipped with him in it when he leaned. Amazon needs to be aware of this and take this listing down.Original review: The pre-drilled holes are off in many spots making it almost impossible to get the screws lined up through both ends and the "instructions" lack a lot.... Very hard to read and minimal instruction. This is what I get for ordering off brand from Amazon to save 40 bucks. Havent yet been able to use, still trying to get the screws tightened... just hope it will hold up. In hindsight it would have been worth the extra dollars for a quality brand. Pretty disappointed in this.
