Elixir Ultime Originale Hair Oil, Radiant Shine & Softness, 75ml

I love this oil, especially the fact it is used instead of a conditioner so halves hair washing time!! It works amazingly and smells lovely. More like dry oil so doesn’t cause any greasiness. I apply 1.5 pumps on wet hair and brush through and leave for 5 mins before drying. No greasiness at all. A very high quality oil, I’d never have dreamed of applying oil to my hair in the past as it has been known to get greasy quickly. However this oil along with the elixir shampoo I’m no longer needing to wash hair daily and now only twice a week. Everyone comments on how healthy and shiny my hair is and so so soft. Yes, it’s expensive but you use such a tiny amount at a time it lasts a very long time. My hair type is fine but lots of it and used to get oily but not anymore thanks to this wonderful product!! I won’t ever use anything else.

Love this product! As I have fine straight hair, I was worried it would feel greasy as some serums do, but what a game changer! I apply a tiny drop, rub into my palms and fingers and run it through my hair AFTER I’ve dried it. It’s tames any loose, flyaway hair and gives it a lovely glossy shine whilst also making it feel super soft and healthy. It is expensive but it lasts ages and a tiny drop goes a long way. I bought some for my mum who has thicker hair and prone to frizz and she loves it. She has now switched to this over the Frizz-eaze serum and takes it on holiday with her. Definitely recommend.

Genuinely a fantastic hair oil which is well worth the price. My hair is dry and breaking easily as I haven’t been using the correct products in my hair. This hair oil is part of my new routine and my ends now feel so smooth, so soft, shiny and smells nice too. I’m really impressed. The only thing I would say is to use a minimal amount, less is more, but if you overdo it, a hairdryer resolves and makes your hair so shiny :)

I left a review for the smaller size, but I'm coming back to say that I was so impressed, of course I got the bigger one when I ran out. Here is my original review: When I buy hair products, I can generally tell, by small increments over several weeks, that I'm getting closer to the perfect hair process. Not this. This absolutely improved my hair IMMEDIATELY. I apply two pumps to towel-dried hair starting at mids and paying special attention to the ends of my hair, and then a single light pass over the roots-to-mids area, before starting my drying/styling process, and the change is amazing. My hair is so smooth and silky after using this. This is a ride or die product. I sometimes use a very small amount on second day hair (the day after styling) to tame any flyaways and define the ends a bit more. For reference, my hair is to my shoulder blades, naturally wavy, and a smidge thicker than normal. The oil feels very nice, smooth, and not goopy or greasy - it doesn't feel icky like some heat serums do. The bottle looks lovely too. Yes, the price is a little high, but honestly, you're paying for immediate improvement. I bought the small travel-sized version, but I will be getting the larger version when I run out, and after that, the refills are cheaper. I cannot recommend it enough. It's an actual game changer and the one product I absolutely refuse to compromise on.

The hype for this product is very much warranted! I think it’s difficult to make the decision to purchase when the price tag is quite high, but you will not be disappointed. It takes the smallest amount (a pump, maybe a pump and half - and I have long hair). It means the product is going to last quite a long time and is actually really good value for money. It smells really lovely! Despite being an oil it absolutely does not leave that residue on your hair. I rub a small amount of the oil between the fingertips of both my hands and run through the ends of my hair. Instantly my hair is unbelievably soft and shiny. I’ve always had really knotty hair and this has solved that! I can easily run my fingers through my hair all day long as if it’s just been brushed. Everyone has asked me what I use and I am more than happy to endorse this!

Absolutely amazing product. Even feels it coats the hair when wooing the next shampoo. In my opinion, worth the money … as it gives my hair more weight but without the greasiness of other similar products.

Llevo mucho tiempo usando el aceite capilar Kérastase Elixir Ultime, y aunque normalmente lo compraba fuera de Amazon, esta vez decidí pedirlo aquí porque el precio era mejor que en otros sitios. Me alegro de haberlo hecho, porque llegó perfecto, con su precinto original y la misma calidad de siempre. Este aceite realmente marca la diferencia en el cabello. Desde la primera aplicación se nota más brillo, suavidad y movimiento, sin que el pelo se apelmace ni quede graso. Con muy poca cantidad, una o dos gotas, el resultado es espectacular. Lo uso antes de secar para proteger del calor y también al final para pulir las puntas y eliminar el frizz. El perfume es una maravilla: tiene ese aroma elegante y limpio típico de Kérastase, con notas de argán, camelia y marula, que deja el cabello con un olor sutil y duradero. Además, me encanta que ahora el formato sea recargable, algo poco habitual en productos de gama alta. El frasco de 75 ml dura muchísimo, fácilmente medio año o más, incluso con uso diario. Y aunque es un producto caro, se nota que el cabello se mantiene más sano, nutrido y brillante con el uso continuo. He probado otros aceites como Moroccanoil o L’Oréal Mythic Oil, pero ninguno logra el mismo equilibrio entre nutrición y ligereza que este. En definitiva, el Kérastase Elixir Ultime sigue siendo, para mí, el mejor aceite capilar del mercado. Deja el cabello suave, brillante, protegido y con un acabado precioso sin apelmazar. Además, aquí lo encontré a mejor precio, así que la compra fue perfecta. Vale totalmente la pena: un producto de lujo que cumple lo que promete y deja el pelo con aspecto de peluquería desde el primer uso.
