The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement - 30th Anniversary Edition

I have been meaning to get to this book for ages and finally went for it and discovered what everyone who has read it will know already. It is a great way to teach management lessons – the original marketer of storytelling.Highly insightful, engaging and thought provoking and a great read to boot – which is not probably the normal review of a management book.For anyone who has ever been in corporate life, has aspirations to be in business, or who likes commerce - this is a treat.

My lecturer recommended this book whilst studying process improvement. At first I thought I had downloaded the wrong book as it sounded like a novel/story. After the first hour it all started to make sense and the story just added to remembering the various processes and moral story. Highly recommended.

One of the best books out there for clarity and understanding of the subject in an easy format. Audible version is perfect for the daily commute.

Author manages to explain the Theory of Constraints in a novel. No mean feat! Its very readable and enjoyable whilst also informative. Gets the balance just right.

Really enjoyed reading this book.
