I'm really impressed by how well this works for grinding expresso, especially for the price. It's solidly built, well-machined, and has a good heft to it. It looks good, no trouble leaving it out next to the espresso machine, and you can grind a dose for a double shot (10-20 g) in about 45 seconds. I like it more than I expected to and think it could easily be our main grinder. However, my partner is not yet convinced that we should not get an electric one. I think an electric grinder than can provide similar results across such a broad range of grind sizes would be triple the price or more.

Amazing brilliant grinder for the price. Made out off metal, super sturdy, looks clean, super easy to use, comes with a brush. Very easy to store away, handle comes away to make it very portable. Grind quality for all settings is spot on, keeps the coffee beans tasting fresh.

After researching online, I decided to invest in this manual grinder as it has rave reviews. I have tried it with for a French Press, and an espresso machine. I had a cheaper burr grinder before, and I found that this grinder produces excellent coffee. I could really taste the coffee notes once I dialed it in for both. I like that there is a lot of settings for each method of making coffee, it gives you a lot of room to play around with. It is a bit harder grinding beans for espresso compared to French Press, but I don't find it that bad. Doesn't seem to take much longer than a motorized machine. I have only tried medium and dark roast beans, so I don't know how difficult that it would be to grind light roast. Hopefully this will last me a long time! It is not light, but it feels well built. I petsit at other people's houses, and I find this is easy to take with me. I agree with the reviews, it's a great grinder for all the various ways to make coffee.
