Great customer support. Seller sent a replacement charge cord, as 1 magnetic kept coming out
UPDATE:bought a 2nd watch, but will only let me write 1 reviewHubby's "old" fitness tracking watch began to malfunction. He tested my Fitvii for awhile and wanted one himself. He is happy. He takes heart medication, so he needs something to monitor heart rate and blood pressure.Hit "old" watch just stopped working in monitoring heart rate, yet all other functions worked.Note: accidentally have worn my watch in the pool twice, forgetting to take it offso far so good (not sure if it is waterproof) but luckily my mistake of wearing it, so far so goodSUMMARY:I find this overall to be an affordable watch to monitor health.Purchased this as my prior tracker watch stopped functioning.I don't use many of the features, but wanted the B.P and Heart Rate monitoring aspectsHubby still has his "old" Fitbit which was helpful just to watch his Heart Rate rise and be unsteady, which helped diagnose heart arrythmia. the features may not be perfect for everything, but "basic" features can be monitored.Have had the watch for several months, (April 26) replacing a broken fitbit. This watch is more cost effective than the fitbit.I basically purchased this as this has a Blood Pressure reading feature, and now on meds for B.P., I wanteda watch to do that.I did not write an initial review upon purchase. I'm not using many of the functions of this watch, so I truly can't rate it other than it meeting my limited needs. But, I recently looked up and emailed direct the seller customer support line as one of the magnets on the charge cord kept coming off._I can poke the magnet back into the designated slot, but was unable to get a good connection to charge it.The magnetic connection can only go 1 way, for the proper +/- connection, even when both magnets are securely inserted. Now factor in, putting one magnet in, I don't have an easy way to know to test which way, upside down to place this magnet.I would put the charger on for hours, to find it was not charging.I finally reached out to customer support, and THANK YOU, I received a replacement charger, assuming because I'm under the 12-month manufacturer warranty.I do find this magnetic charger easy to use. Even my fitbit had a unique charge cord, that now that my old fitbit hit the trashcan, I don't know what to do with my old charger. same with my old "lightening charge cord" for my specific model iphone. would be nice if chargers could be standardized.I went years without wearing a watch at all.I will say, that I did purchase the model watch with the elastic watch band.I prefer the elastic stretch on/off band, than messing with any latches.I do find this watch to be a good basic watch for those wanting to monitor BP or Heart Rate.

Excellent product
I purchased this watch to replace an aging smart watch that would no longer charge. Very easy setup (with installed app). Great operation and easy touch screen. Many adjustment options. Large list of available watch faces. Easily tracks and stores many health monitoring and fitness activities. Very good battery life. Speaker volume could be a little louder though. I would definitely recommend this product.

Worth the price, just dont expect a Garmin
Overall it's a decent watch. If monitoring your sleep is important, I dont think it is accurate. It is also hard to monitor history. The app doesn't sync with heath connect even though it appears to be connected. Fitbit would sync with heath connect then my air app would have that info. This one won't work like that. It seems to be water resistant has stated since I have washed several times.Screen quality is good and easy to see in bright sun. Battery charge last at least 5 days. Over all happy with the purchase for the price

I LOVE MY FITNESS WATCH
This is really a great watch. Once I received it I had quite a few questions and issues. I contacted FITVII Support and they were there for every issue. They didn't all happen at once, but when one arose, I emailed them and the return email was in my box the next morning. They were super about helping and fixing my inquires and issues with the watch. The watch I really do love, it does what I need, and it is the best one I have had so far. The one thing I do not like is on the sleep function, when it displays the # of hours that I slept, it will give a bar chart, since the main color of the watch is orange, the bar chart(s) are in orange colors to and I feel it's hard to read, so I mostly just look at the hours which really is the most important thing anyway. Another thing that I like is the variety of watch faces, so many to choose from.

If you want accurate BP readings, keep looking
There is a lot to like about the watch. It tracks all the fitness things, notifies me of phone calls and messages, it's cute, fairly comfortable to wear, easy to set up and use, lots of watch faces to choose from, the music controls also work when I'm listening to an audiobook, etc. However, the only reason I bought this watch was because I wanted the real time blood pressure readings. I have a physical condition that causes my blood pressure to spike into the stroke-level range. I needed to be able to take a quick reading when I felt symptoms so I would know whether to take additional medicine. I had an episode, so I used the watch to take a blood pressure reading. It reported 131/82. Immediately after using the watch, I used a proper blood pressure cuff on my upper arm, and the actual reading was 164/96. That's a massive, potentially life threatening (in my case, anyway) difference. I knew the readings wouldn't be precise, but I assumed that they would be fairly close. They're definitely not.If you want a fitness watch that offers a lot of functionality, this is a good choice, especially for the price. If you want blood pressure readings, this, unfortunately, is not even close to the mark.

Great watch
Loved my watch so much that I bought the same one for my husband. We had a bit of a problem pairing the watch so I emailed the seller. Heard back later the same day with detailed and understandable instructions. Took 10 minutes and we were all set. Love them!

Better Than Expected
Its fantastic. Im really enjoying it, easy to set up, and easy to use. Love being able to answer my calls and receive alerts from my phone, without actually looking at the phone. Highly recommend.

There are much better budget watches out there
My last budget watch was a Tozo S4, so I will be comparing this watch to that one.Battery life:Thoroughly disappointed with this. Because watches like this run their own proprietary RTOS, you would think that battery life would be stellar no matter what, but this guy must not have got that memo. I received the watch and it was at about 40% and it took (about) 36 hours before it completely died. No notification was provided that the watch died, either, like a screen change, the phone's logo popping up, or even a vibration. The screen was black and it stayed black so my assumption was that it died. I put it on the charger and it immediately started charging up from 0%. Once it was fully charged, the battery lasted about 3.5 days before dying again. I disabled all of the sensors except for HR and used it only for notifications. Not impressed in the least by this. 1* / 5*Accessories:The charging cable that the watch comes with is the same one that came with my S4, so it was nice to have two, but my complaint about that one is the same as this one: it is remarkably short, measuring about 24.5 inches. For comparison, the Mobvoi charger that my TW3 came with a few years back measured just shy of 36 inches. Additionally, the magnets that keep the charger attached to this watch are laughably weak (just like my S4). I could pick my TW up by the charging cable when it was attached and I couldn’t even MOVE this one while the charger was connected because the magnets aren’t strong enough to keep it in the right spot. 1* / 5*, a one (1) only because they include the cable in the box, otherwise it would be zero (0).Comfort:This band is not comfortable and the mismatched lengths of both sides (more so than "regular" watch bands) made the watch sit awkwardly on my wrist. I found myself constantly having to readjust it throughout the day, never really finding the sweet spot. It was bothersome and uncomfortable. 0* / 5*Screen:Compared to my S4, which had a super bright screen, this was another disappointment. I spent a day out and about with my family in broad daylight and even at the highest setting, the screen was very difficult to see. The colors are crisp and they pop but that's not very helpful when you can't see them 1* / 5*Watch faces:Plenty of basic faces are available but, unsurprisingly, you can't add / edit complications or create new ones except for one that allows you to upload a custom picture then decide where you want the date and time to appear (top, middle, bottom, left, right). Another feature that I found totally baffling was the battery gauge on all of the watch faces - it counted down by 10's. I charged the watch to 100% and within a few minutes of taking it off of the charger, it read "90%," and it wouldn't change again until it read "80%," and so on. Then, when the watch gets below 10%, it reads "0%" until it actually dies. I don't understand how there can be watch faces with seconds that count up but the battery meter can't count down. 2* / 5*Processor and OS:There's no indication of what type of chip is actually running the watch; the same with the OS. It is usually responsive but noticeably laggy at times. Not great but you can't expect much from a $50 watch. It has a few neat features that include swiping right on the home screen to open a quick settings menu and a dedicated "workout button" that opens the exercises menu. If given the permission, the watch can also pull weather data directly from your phone to show live weather on the face (somewhat similar to WearOS' weather complication but not as robust). The watch needs to stay on the timer screen for the timer to work, which is strange. It won't work in the background and navigating away from it causes the timer to reset to 00:00. 3* / 5*Intelligent Message Notification:It kept a strong BT connection to my phone, which was helpful considering what happened to my S4, but the default view for all incoming messages only showed on the top 1/3 of the screen. When you get a notification, the watch will vibrate, then you see the name of the person contacting you or the app that activated... and that's it. If you want to see the entire message, you have to tap the screen within a few seconds, otherwise the message clears itself and you have to navigate to the Messages section to see it. Also, the icons for texts (SMS and MMS), Facebook Messenger messages, and Instagram notifications all showed correctly but everything else showed up as the text icon. 3* / 5*Bluetooth Calling:I only used this feature a handful of times but the speaker was tinny and not very loud. Additionally, no matter how I answered an incoming call, it would default answer on the watch, which was frustrating. Having a dialer on the phone is pretty neat, and being able to add favorite contacts to call quickly is also helpful. 3* / 5*Fitness Features:Gonna be totally honest - I didn’t buy this watch for the fitness features so I haven’t tested them, nor do I suspect that they would be accurate anyways. Standard on the watch, when swiping right to left, are the HR monitor, Sleep monitor, Stress monitor, Weather screen, and Activity monitor. Based on the comfort of the watch, I’m not interested in wearing it to bed to test the sleep monitor nor would I trust it to keep track of my HR. *X/XOverall: Pretty sure that I bought my Tozo S4 for about $30 and was much happier with it overall than with this one. I'm pleased for everyone else who could look past the uncomfortable watch band, not-so-great battery life, and poor outdoor screen visibility but this one wasn't for me. Ended up returning it about 2 weeks after I bought it. 1.75* / 5*

Not a Fitbit product as I thought
I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
