Amazing natural sea salt with essential minerals. It does not work well in a grinder as it is too humid. I use it in a small dish and pinch what I need and sprinkle it. Helps with hydration and is the best tasting salt I have ever had.

I purchased sea salt for its health benefits, but I ended up using it for a brine for my chicken. It is perfect for tenderizing and seasoning to perfection. I’m assuming the health benefits are present. A little pricey, but the benefits outweigh the cost.

Dissolves quickly, not too large or too small of pieces. I don’t put it in a grinder but rather add 1/2 tsp to my coffee grounds or throw in salad dressing.

You must use just a little of it because it’s too salty for my taste.

I do like the Celtic salt the dry course for grinders it works without getting all wet because of the amount of magnesium that's in the salt works really good same price as the last bag I got which wasn't the dry and my wife enjoys the extra fine I got for her salt shakers because she does not like to use the saltgrinder I recommend it Celtic salt is fantastic
