After trying around 10 sleep maskthat helps me with my insomnia at night before going to bed. I decided to give a try to this. Listening to calming music and meditation helps my mind at night and helps me concentrate on my breathing and stop racing thoughts while going to sleep. Using guided meditation, and being able to listen to it through the masks seems to really help a lot. The sleep mask helps not only with comfortability, but also closes out the light so that you can fall asleep better. I don't know about you, but I desire complete blackness when going to sleep. There are straps that are adjustible as well as have hooks to hook it comfortably around your head. The volume controls you can turn up and down, as well as good instructions on how to use the product. Its very easy to use and the usb part was easy to find so that you can charge it fast and easily. I would definetely give this a 5/5 for everything because it was definetely worth the purchase to help at night while going to bed or anytime really. Get it. Have a lovely night

I love these sleep mask headphones! HEADPHONES: The sound quality is good; very clear. I listen to sleep meditation music while sleeping. I’ve noticed that some of this music was recorded travel between the left and right speakers and these headphones can accommodate that. The speakers are small and I do not feel them when lying on my side. Also, if I remove the mask while the music is playing, I can’t hear the music. I think this will work well when my husband is trying to sleep next to me. He’s been visiting his twin so I haven’t tested that yet. When the meditation ends, the music just stops. If I happen to notice during the night, I can turn the headphones off, but at that point there is a “Headphones off”. If you don’t want to hear that, just remove them before turning them off. I haven’t had an issue just leaving them on for the remainder of the night and turning them off in the morning. EYE MASK: This sleep mask is so comfortable on my eyes. It’s very soft and the indention inside allows me to open my eyes without my lashes hitting the mask. I like that the strap disconnects to put it on and take it off. I haven’t had any issues with the strap hook tugging on my hair, which was mentioned by another reviewer. My hair is shoulder length. There is extra padding around the noise bridge that keeps light out. I don’t even notice the mask when I’m sleeping. I can’t wait to use these on a plane. My son lives in Japan and the flights are 13-14 hours, so a nap (or two) is always needed.

The way the eye cups are designed make it more comfortable than most masks as you can open and close your eyes without pressing your eyelids or lashes against the inside of the mask. This actually makes it easier to go to sleep as you don’t wake yourself up with discomfort by just closing your eyes. Some masks fit too tight over the eyes; these are perfect. The mask is easily adjusted for comfort and the speakers can be slid around inside their enclosure to fit directly over the ear. When teamed up with a generic noise program it can help you fall asleep and really get rid of outside distractions. I just wish that Apple would put some type of timer on their music player so that one could fall asleep to a podcast or album or selection without it continuing to play for hours. I guess maybe I could figure out how to create my own background music or nature sounds just haven’t had the time to try yet. It would be nice if it could be paired with an app to make this background file, I would have been willing to pay more for that feature. Or if it offered a discount on some of the many different sleep apps that will make this Bluetooth mask even more useful. All. In all, a good product and I do recommend it and have bought for other family members! I have no problem with this mask at all, just would have been nice to have had an option to pair it with an app which makes it even more useful!!! I actually didn’t notice noise cancellation? Will go back and see if it does and will change review if so. I’m used to Bose noise canceling but with the speakers right over the ears it’s not necessary if playing background sounds or generic white noise.

I’ve had these headphones for 1.5 years and when I tell you it is one of the best purchases I’ve made, I’m serious!! If you cherish your sleep, buy this! I’m a VERY light sleeper, and my husband likes to watch videos or movies in bed to fall asleep to. I needed something comfy in place of my over the ear headphones. I took a chance on these and they were so worth it, even after almost two years of nightly use. I charge it maybe once every two days, so the battery life is great. I start a white noise playlist, not even on full volume, and I’m out 5 minutes later. The mask part is great and blocks out all the light from the tv. It’s also super soft and comfy. I couldn’t ask for a better product!!

I am a super light sleeper, and any and every little noise or change in light will wake me up numerous times a night. I have only been using this mask for about a week, but I have slept better in this week than I have in a very long time. The mask is soft and fits very well without being too tight or too loose. The speakers are little disks inside the band and are slim enough for me to sleep on my side without any annoying pressure or discomfort. The speaker volume is perfect - can be loud enough to drown out the tv my husband falls asleep to, and can be quiet enough to allow for hearing room noise in case of emergency (which is something I fear on nights he works out of town and I am alone). There is a small flap around the nose area that "seals" the light out, but doesn't add pressure to the bridge of your nose - and the part that goes over your eyes is hollow so your eyelids don't feel annoying pressure from the mask either. It's just a good design, and has made such a tremendous difference on my quality of sleep. My husband told me to get a couple more, just in case, cause this one has made such an impact and I wouldn't want to be without it for any reason. The charging cable is easily accessible, but then hides well in the mask when in use - I plug it in when I wake up, and the speakers run all night without interruption or loss of charge. Overall I am super pleased, and hope that this masks lasts a long time. Worth every penny so far! UPDATE: I have been using this mask every night since I got it last year. And I still sleep better with it than I ever did before. I have forgotten it on trips once or twice, and slept so poorly I couldn't wait to get my mask back. My husband even raved to my brother in law telling him that this mask is a positive for him too - now he can watch tv or have a light on and it doesn't bother me one bit - where as before if there were ANY lights on in the house that I could see they would keep me awake. A month or so ago I started to notice the wires pulling away from the plug, and was having a hard time keeping the charging cords connected - I contacted the company and they were incredibly accommodating and sent me a brand new replacement mask free of charge that I got within a couple of days. I had already bought a new one, but will gladly appreciate having 2 now! I tell all of my friends and coworkers about this mask, and have heard so much good feedback from them as well. This is a great product, and fantastic customer service!! If you have a hard time sleeping - get yourself one of these - you won't be sorry!

I am a horrible sleeper. I have tried so many things to sleep. I also am part of the unfortunate 10% who hear the global "hum" (not tinnitus), and as a result, in order to sleep, I Have to drown out the hum by playing a sound machine all night, both in the room and in my ears. The problem with most headphones, such as iPhone earbuds, is they hurt. Also, the iPhone for some reason unknown to the many online complainers regarding this issue has not quality checked the "voice control" option on their headphones, and so they randomly come on at night and startle me out of a deep sleep. Anyway. I bought these headphones to solve a few problems. First, they are wireless, so I can charge my phone while using them (with non-wireless headphones, I'd have to be using the phone jack). Second, I don't have to wear a separate eye cover. Cons: -These headphones are made for men. I have a large head for a woman, and still, I have to twist the strap before hooking it together to get it tighter (and it still is not tight--it slips off). -IF you're like me, and you watch boring TV in bed to lull you to sleep, it's awkward to have these on your head and still try to hear, because the earbuds are located on the bottom of the headband (like the power/volume control device, it free floats and isn't sewn in). So, you have to sort of shimmy it into place to be able to watch and hear. -Although I am glad the pieces aren't sewn in so that this can be washed (because ew--what if it couldn't like another one I tried recently?), but they travel all around the headband. I've learned where the power button is, and I'm willing to accept this as the "price I have to pay" (thank you Dan Savage) to sleep at night, but it is annoying! Pros: -The headband is comfortable, except for my having to twist it to try and get it a bit smaller -The battery life is AWESOME. It has never run out. I typically turn it on at 10:30 pm and use it until 8:30 a.m., and it has not yet powered off. -It uses the type of charging connector that charges either way you insert it, so that you don't have to turn on a light to see how to connect it to the charger (sorry--too lazy to navigate off this page to remember what the connector type is called, but it's the same as Android phones) Really, I"d rate these headphones a 3.5 because of the sizing issues, but if they make a women's version, I'll change this review to a 5!

I originally bought this sleep mask for a comfortable way for me to listen to my meditations and hypnosis recordings while going to sleep without bothering my husband. That was more than 18 months ago. I have used it at least once a day since. It's so comfortable to wear as the tightness is adjustable and the padding around the eyes is perfect. The speakers are also adjustable inside the mask so you can align them perfectly with your ears. The sound quality is excellent, too. I have purchased an additional 5 for friends and family because I loved mine so much! Then, one day my well used mask that I'd used daily (forever) began to turn off mid-meditation. I figured I would just buy another, but I happened to have kept the box and found the card that said, "LIFETIME WARRANTY"... I thought to myself - NO way! - this has been so very well used...but I sent an email and within about 10 days they sent me a BRAND NEW sleep mask. I am so appreciative and very impressed with this company. Their customer service and quality of products certainly deserve five stars.

This is not my first bluetooth mask. This one is an upgrade from all the others I have tried. Right off, I love the soft velvet purple. (The mask also come in black, blue and grey.) The cool smooth fabric with recessed areas for your eyes, is very comfortable. It's a bit stiff. I'm sure with some use it with soften up and fit better. The offset buttons makes it so much easier to find the right control button. The manual is easy to understand. Bluetooth connection was simple. Prompts are all in English. (Some masks have mixed languages.) When receiving a phone call. The caller's name is announced and uses the your ringtone. The volume worried me to begin with. But after adjusting the volume on both my device and the mask. I was finally able to get the volume level up. The mask is not as comfortable for side sleepering as I had hoped. The earpieces/speakers are thick and hurt after a while. It's difficult to keep a mask in one position while laying in bed. When you move the masks don't always go with you. That being said. The mask and earpieces can be just right when you lay down. A few turns in bed and the mask and earpiece are out of place. (I used fabric friendly tack tape to hold the earpiece in place.) I have mixed feelings about the hook closer. The hook and adjustment slide are surprisingly comfortable. But I have long hair and wear it up at night. (Anyone with long hair, be warned. It will hook in your hair.) It may not be so comfortable for anyone with short hair. Overall, this is a very nice mask. I can work with the earpieces issue.

Extremely easy to set up and use. Excellent fit for all adults. Sound quality is good. Blocks out all light and is a perfect fit with my Philips Respironic CPAP nasal mask. Quality is excellent but the elastic strap. will eventually give out as is to be expected so will need replacing. It should be simple enough. Charge lasted me two nights and maybe it would go longer, I haven't checked as two nights is fine. It charges very quickly. Someone complained about the charging cable being thin but that is by design so as not to cause discomfort and is sturdy enough for the job provided you don't stress it i.e. by dangling. Excellent piece of kit. Edit:. The battery failed completely in less than three weeks. Returned for refund. The rest of it is OK but if you have to have it plugged in all the time that is a serious fire risk.

I am the kind of person who needs black out darkness to sleep. I am also the kind of person who hyper-fixates on an annoying noise and allows it to irritate me to the point I can't sleep. I also don't like anything to be tight. You can imagine that trying to find a solution to satisfy all of these issues would be tricky. These are wonderful! They are highly adjustable to prevent a squeezing sensation and the eye cups mean that there is no pressure sensation on the eyes. They don't make me feel overly warm. They are constructed in a way that blocks the majority of light, but they do not come down over the cheeks or onto the nose. The sound isn't Bose quality, but it's decent enough to listen to songs, sleep sounds, or even watch Netflix without disturbing my sleeping husband. The speakers are truly flat. I can turn and sleep on my side. I tried a different brand and the speakers were hard and rounded; it felt like I was laying on river rocks. Charging it is easy. Make sure that you don't use a high-speed cable or they won't charge, though. They come with a charging cable and a nice satin bag for travel. I wear them at home and I always take them everywhere I travel. In the last 6 weeks I traveled through Ireland, Scotland, Amsterdam and France. Our place in Paris was on a loud street with gauzy curtains but I still got great sleep. I looked for these after a trip to London DESTROYED my sleep cycle. The light was blazing in the morning and the traffic was insanely loud. I looked through so many options and I am very glad I settled on these. I bought them for my husband, my teenager and my mother! I take the receiver and the earphones out and hand wash the mask then squeeze out the water with a towel and let the mask air dry. Fresh and clean!
