Allbirds Women’s Tree Runner, Everyday Sneakers, Machine Washable Shoe Made with Natural Materials

These Allbirds Tree Runners have exceeded my expectations for both comfort and environmental consciousness, feeling incredibly soft and breathable from day one without any break-in period. The eucalyptus tree fiber material is genuinely unique - it stays cool and odor-resistant even after long days of wear, and knowing they're made from sustainable materials makes me feel good about the purchase. The minimalist design is versatile enough to work with everything from workout gear to casual dresses, and the cushioned sole provides excellent support for walking or standing all day. While they're definitely pricier than typical sneakers, the quality construction and innovative materials justify the cost, plus they're machine washable which adds to their practicality. The only downside is they're not ideal for heavy rain or muddy conditions, but for everyday casual wear, they're absolutely fantastic and have become my most-reached-for shoes.

I have a bunion and deal with daily foot pain. These shoes are a real help to me. I am 15 years into my career as a teacher, which requires that I’m on my feet most of the day. I haven’t tried these for athletic use, but I can attest to their comfort through the work day. I find myself reaching for them and planning outfits around them at least a couple days a week! They wash well in the washing machine. As far as fit, the toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunion and prevent toe squishing for most people. The heel is snug and doesn’t allow for annoying slippage over time. The mesh-like tops cause you to see your toes’ outline, so that’s a little weird to get used to. I like the overall lightness of the shoe. The soles are pillowy soft and extremely supportive. Even the grommets and laces are well-made. I do wish these were a bit less expensive, but I think these shoes are truly great shoes. If they can keep me from being any grumpier by sixth period, I’d say they’re a good investment. I will make sure that Santa brings me some in another color for Christmas. : )

Love this shoe. Wear it without socks. Washes in the machine (remove. Insoles). Comfortable for all but the most difficult walks.

Really cute shoe. Comfortable material. They ran a little bit long for me which was just disappointing as I had to return them. The arch support is not great, but I think it would be OK for most day-to-day walking. I ordered size 9 on their recommendation and while they were long, I do think size 8 1/2 my usual size would have been too small.

Ok. So I ordered a 9 in biege and they were about the right length. Here you see them compared to a size 9.5 Asics (black). I could have ordered 8.5 for the length. They were nice and light and comfy. Except there is no room for your big toe. It is pushed down. So even though the shoes were plenty long, they put pressure on the big toe. There is not enough verticle room in the toe area. They had a nice wide toe box and seemed well made. I had to return them due to the big toe issue.

No break-in time required. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. Shoes are comfortable for a wider foot.

These shoes run short. They we’re so comfortable when I kept them anyways, and I just won’t wear socks with them.

Excellent brand. I bought these for my girlfriend. I use them 3 years and have 3 pairs. Would advise to buy several so they’ll last longer. You can easy wash them in the washing machine. Would place them in a laundry bag first though

Bought these shoes for my wife. She loves them. She has always had trouble finding ahows that are comfortable for her to wear. She says that they are extremely comfortable and they have become her go to shoes when she needs something casual to wear with her jeans.

Sizing is slightly larger than an in store purchase of the same style of shoe. Still very comfortable.

Awaiting refund . Too big . Cost $28 to mail return. Love the brand though.
