Replacement heads are good to have
Derma Roller Microneedle 6 Piece Kit [DERMAROLL by Prosper Beauty] Face Roller with 4 Replaceable Heads works great. I use it before I apply my face creams. I think it helps everything sink into my skin better. I’m no Dermotologist, so I have no idea if it really helps or not. It does sting when you first use it, but the more you use it, the less it stings.

Really impressed with results!
Okay so I'm a 30 years old man concerned about hyperpigmentation on my face, basically. And just about 3 years ago I started taking care of my skin with professional estheticians, until last year when I decided to go on my own with the products and knowledge I got to know during that time with professionals, because those guys are expensive. I never got a professional microneedling though, but was aware of it. One day browsing on amazon found out about these dermarolls and I'll share how I'm using it (along with other 2 products: vitamin C serum at 20% and organic rosehip oil) and a picture of my results 2 weeks after. First things first, hands must be super clean, then wash my face (currently using Whish rice milk + rose crème cleanser). Before rolling the dermaroll onto my face I apply some Vitamin C serum at 20% (TruSkin naturals) then proceed with the rolling on cheeks and forehead, it leaves my skin quite red but it doesn't hurt at all. I put a second layer of Vitamin C which again will absorb quickly, and once it's dry I put some drops of organic Rosehip oil (Leven Rose) and massage throughout my face. Well there's another product I use to finish with this routine, but before doing that I let the rosehip oil get absorbed as much as possible while sterilizing my dermaroll just as everyone recommends, putting it into a small container with alcohol for a couple minutes and just let it dry. So to get done with this I put a biocellulose mask on my face, I recently started using Life of Beauty masks and I love them to say the least, they have 3 different "flavors" but for this specific routine I use the "Tiger grass and tea tree" mask which supposedly helps skin to heal, and it feels great because it soakes your skin and feels super refreshing. I've done this only 3 times (once a week) and the picture is from the day after the 1st time doing this routine versus the day after the 3rd time. In other words results after 15 days or so. This is really working for me, although there's still a long way to go for me to reach my goal (without using lasers).

So far so good
My fiance is still reviewing after 1 month. I see a constant glow that she only amplifies. Will revisit it the next couple months.

good product even though needles are not very deep (apparently it is preferable)
This is a very good product, quality metal and very thin needles and there are 6 rollers in the kit.I thought the needles were not deep enough but apparently it is preferable. It has really made a difference to my skin already. You know how Nothing else really works but this derma roller actually does. Considering the price they charge in salons, this is a bargain. And they explain very well how to keep it clean and how to use it. It does not hurt either. Very good customer service as well. Highly recommend.

A FAD THAT ACTUALLY WORKS (See AARP Bulletin May, 2018)
I was skeptical about the benefits of dermal needling even after reading a glowing review in the latest issue of the AARP magazine. However, I watched several you tube videos and read many, many reviews before deciding to purchase one. I selected the .25 as a starter length & I'm glad I did. I followed the suggestion of several users in that I cleaned my face, then used a cotton square with alcohol to go over it again. I'm glad I did, there was still a bit of makeup residue on the cloth. Then I applied hyaluronic acid/C/E, rose hips & green tea serum. I applied light pressure on the roller and went over my entire face, neck, chest area & then my forearms. Afterwards, I soaked the roller as instructed in alcohol ( a Tupperware midget is perfect!).Now, I am not saying I have experienced a miracle - BUT, my Retin A & nighttime & daytime moisturizers have actually soaked into my skin rather than staying on top of my skin. This particular kit seemed to be the best available, especially for the price. Well sealed & sanitary & of good quality. I plan to use the .25 at least twice a week and a .5 once a month.
