Love this for perimenopause

I noticed the first night I took this that my body temperature dropped, and I was not feeling as hot at night when I slept. The first night due to that was a plus. The second night I felt like it was working but, I would have to wait to adjust to taking it. I felt somewhat slow, and my vision was slightly off but, that could just be me or possibly it's a side effect. I don't know. I know you have to wait weeks or maybe months for it to kick in so, I'm hoping in time this helps relieve my fatigue, brain fog and overall wellness due to what seems to be the end of peri menopause for me.

I've been getting break through bleeding in between my periods. My obgyn could not figure out the reason why. I started taking this supplement a while ago. Then randomly stopped in Feb and definitely had the bleeding return. I restarted it kid March and I just noticed the bleeding in between periods is gone. 44y/o for reference. I'll have to talk with my PCP and obgyn to understand why this helps stop the bleeding.
