Very impressed with this vacuum sealer so far. I haven’t owned it for a long time yet, but my first impressions are excellent. The Mesliese vacuum sealer looks very smart and feels well built. It’s extremely easy to use, even straight out of the box. It comes with a full kit of accessories, which is a big plus, including two rolls of vacuum bags and five ready-made bags, so you can start using it immediately without buying extras. The sealing is strong and consistent, and it works quickly. Overall its very user-friendly machine. I’m really happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

We had long been looking for the best way to buy genuinely fresh, wild-caught North Atlantic fish in bulk from our local fishmonger, while keeping it perfectly preserved for the freezer and ready for the air fryer. When I came across this vacuum sealer, a lightbulb went off. The fish we buy comes straight from the skipper. Being able to vacuum seal and power freeze it yields a significantly superior result compared to grocery store fish, which is often days old before hitting the shelf or farmed half a world away. Weekly trips to the fishmonger simply aren't feasible for a busy schedule, and keeping raw fish in the fridge for days isn't an option either. I have only used the Mesliese vacuum sealer once so far, but the machine looks and feels premium. The bags share that high quality; they are robust and not at all like cheap, crackly film. The packaging was also very nicely put together. The suction on the dry setting is highly impressive. The moist mode is naturally a bit weaker, but it worked perfectly; it didn't draw any water or marinade out of the fish and into the chamber. Even without using the gentle setting, the fresh fish wasn't squished. The machine applied just enough pressure to seal it tightly without causing damage. My father-in-law is a keen hunter, meaning we are lucky enough to get wild boar and venison every season. He cooks incredible stews in a traditional Hungarian cast-iron cauldron over an open wood fire, and makes large batches of homemade sausage and salami from the game. Being able to vacuum seal these meats means I can preserve them for much longer and truly appreciate these rare delicacies without anything going to waste. I am very happy with this purchase. I particularly appreciate that I can easily buy a steady supply of compatible bags in the future without having to hunt them down online or in specialty stores. While it isn't the cheapest option compared to some of the basic models in the 30 to 40 euro range, it is absolutely worth the extra investment to get a proper machine. When compared to industrial sealers, it is very reasonably priced and performs just as well. I have already used it to prepare chicken breasts using the simmering method, and they came out perfectly fine and juicy, rather than dry and tough. I find myself looking for excuses just to vacuum seal things. My next plan is to source some high-quality free-range chicken, portion and marinate it in the bags, and freeze it. That way, I can grab a portion and have a healthy air fryer meal ready in under 15 minutes. This machine is ideal for anyone conscious about ingredient quality who wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle but has very little spare time.

Just got this yesterday. Read the instructions and easy to follow. Step by step guide on operation of the unit. Used it last night, and boy, does it suck fast! You get a suction hose with it, which is hady, and lots of bags to get you started. We'll made and seems very sturdy. Easy to activate the 5 year warranty. Very pleased with it indeed

I have used vacuum sealers for a few years now and had a couple of alternative makes and models that have never quite lived up to their hype. However on first use, this Mesliese Vacuum Sealer machine definitely tops all of the others. It has been nicely designed so that it doesn't take up too much room on the worktop which is a big benefit due to our limited space. I have started with sealing various meats from full chickens, joints, steaks through to minced meats, enough to fill our freezer to the limit and every one has been as successful as I expected it to be. Each operation took seconds to do as it is very quick even on the largest cuts of meat. It does make a noise when extracting the air out of the bags but in fairness, all of the ones I have had in the past do the same and it's not something that would detract from it's quality. I am very impressed with this vacuum sealer and found it quick and easy to set up. It has options to select for wet or dry food and a button to select normal or gentle power. There is a small 'bag cutter' located in the back which is not ideal for large, old hands like mine but a pair of scissors does the same job so as an accessory it's okay. The machine also comes with a selection of vacuum sealer bags to get you started. All in all, this is an excellent machine and a great purchase.

I wish I'd got this sooner! It took a few trys to get the placement of the bags just right but once I'd worked it out its been a dream. It comes incredibly well packaged, and I've managed to seal many different foods so far. I grow my own veg and recently purchased a large bulk order of meat so this is perfect for portioning out meals for freezing/storing. No more large opened bags in the freezer with freeze burn on my veg! A great kitchen aid and compact enough to store easily. Highly recommend 👌

This is a really useful bit of kit that I should have bought years ago. Previously, I've been wrapping lumps of bacon, beef and fish etc into plastic food bags, trying to squeeze the air out and then tying them up with those fiddly tie things. Now my life has been made complete and so much more fun with this tool. Its small, light, easy to use and I can't wait for my wife to come home with food that needs to be vacpacked. At the back of the Mesliese is a small cutter that makes the cutting of the bags much easier than using scissors, so its clear that someone has put a great deal of thought into the design of this tool. The only downside? Its addictive and I'm going through vac bags at a rate of knots.

Great quality product, well made and easy to store, strong vacuum and comes with a selection of bags and rolls to start you off. Not the cheapest machine but when you consider that you get a 5 year warranty it works out quite reasonable. This is my first vacuum sealer and I am very happy with the build quality and ease of use. I would recommend this machine.

Dit is onze eerste vacumeermachine en tot nu toe bevalt hij erg goed. De machine heeft alles om direct te kunnen gaan vacumeren. Twee rollen, voorbereide zakken en een paar onderdelen ter vervanging als er iets stuk gaat. Zowel kwetsbare als niet kwetsbare gerechten vacumeert hij goed. Opletten als je vocht mee vacumeert, dan moet je de zak lager houden dan de machine (of de machine optillen). Zou er zo weer een machine van Melisse aanschaffen.

cette machine utilisée très peu pour l'instant ,fonctionne à merveille ; elle a remplacé une machine achetée à Lidl qui fonctionnait à peu près bien en 2024 , mais qui a refusé de fonctionner à la première utilisation en 2025.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Vakuumiergerät! Die Bedienung ist super einfach und verständlich, alle Funktionen wie Trocken- und Feucht-Modi funktionieren hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von der starken Saugleistung mit bis zu 90 kPa – das Gerät zieht zuverlässig sämtliche Luft aus den Beuteln und versiegelt sie absolut luftdicht. Ich habe das Gerät genutzt, um meine Steaks zu marinieren; dank der tollen Nass-Vakuumfunktion wurde die Marinade optimal aufgenommen und das Ergebnis beim Grillen war ausgezeichnet. Zudem überzeugt mich auch die großzügige Ausstattung: Es wurden zahlreiche Beutel und sogar zusätzliche Ersatzschwämme mitgeliefert. Die Reinigung ist dank der glatten Edelstahloberfläche auch kinderleicht. Ein wirklich durchdachtes und qualitativ hochwertiges Gerät.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Mesliese Vakuumiermaschine. Die Leistung ist überzeugend: Das Gerät vakuumiert zuverlässig und schnell, und der Unterschied bei der Haltbarkeit von Lebensmitteln ist deutlich spürbar. Besonders praktisch finde ich die kleine integrierte Klinge, mit der man die Beutel bequem zuschneiden kann – eine kleine, aber sehr hilfreiche Funktion! Die Bedienung ist einfach und übersichtlich. Dank der verschiedenen Modi für trockene oder feuchte Lebensmittel findet man für alles die passende Einstellung. Auch das Reinigen geht schnell, da die Oberfläche aus Edelstahl besteht und sich leicht abwischen lässt. Insgesamt ein solides, leistungsstarkes Gerät, das hält, was es verspricht. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – vor allem für alle, die ihre Vorräte länger frisch halten und dabei Zeit und Geld sparen möchten.
