My son has restless legs but with this cream I can say he is calm and relaxed during bedtime. He doesn’t sleep long stretches but he has become calmed.

I buy a lot of magnesium lavender lotions. This one has nice texture and absorbs well. What made me think was the fact that it didn't smell like lavender at all, it smelled of roses. It's a nice smell, but the ingredients list doesn't include rose oil, it includes lavender oil and there’s not even a trace of lavender smell. I realized (see the picture attached) that it was designed in the USA, but made in China. I’m right now not sure what’s really inside the jar.

The first night I used it but she must have just had a night of catching up on sleep. Ever since, we have still had the constant wake ups through the night. Leaves her feet incredibly soft though so still use it as part of bedtime massage but does not work for sleep purposes on my 15 month old sadly.
