The overall wheel is fine now, and I like the unique grip materialThe lack of any installation instructions or tools and the fact that this wheel requires the changeover of the scroll wheels means that: extra (small) torx screwdrivers are needed, you have to do extra steps beyond what the instruction videos we did find explain, and if the plastic clips don't snap in easily and you try to reinstall the airbag/Horn it will continuously honk until you can get the sensitive airbag back off the steering wheel while the noise is blasting.I think for the price there should be tools and instructions and quality control on the cast.

I followed the simple instructions and watched the video with the qr code, and my model y has a bunch of errors regen braking, lane notifications, cruise control among other features we’re disabled and no longer work. Says steering wheel isn’t aligned properly. Is there a phone number for someone to help me or do I have to take it to the dealer? Better question is this going to cost me a lot of money to repair? I have to use my brakes now bc one pedal driving no longer works! Please help

The quality was not what i expected one side of the carbon fiber was perfectly flush and the other was all warped and the tread where the wheel insert goes was not treaded properly it was so hard to get off my tesla after install when I realized the whee had a offset and misalignment they say it’s how you install it but really there is only one way to install you can’t install the wheel any other way it fits one way due to the tread
