Full adaptation to my needs

1. These are labelled as HAFIN2/EXT, but what actually came were HAFIN1/EXT filters. I cannot tell what the difference is as there seems no info online as to the design and type.2. They did not fit my fridge! That being said, I have now contacted Samsung as the replacement HAFIN2 didn't either - and it turns out that Samsung have changed their filter holder design, and the made the new filters slightly (1mm) bigger in diameter so they don't fit any more the older fridges. Doh..... whoever decided to change the HAFIN2 design and not create a HAFIN3 needs their head examined. Samsung are coming to modify my fridge!!!!3. So while there is an issue with the listing that says these are HAFIN2 and are not, I suspect they would have worked in a newer fridge model.4. FiltreoUK were very good on the refund and if they update the listing to be accurate I would rate them 5*

arrived on time, packaged well, seem to be genuine Samsung filters. fit into my fridge perfectly without any leaks. what more could you ask at the price. good seller, would recommend
