How long do they stay cold please? Do they stay pliable if frozen?

These are the best kool packs I have come across yet. they stay really cool for about 30 minutes but are still cool enough longer than this to continue to give relief, I have even taken them to the hairdressers in my handbag approx. 25 minute journe and continued to use it during my appointment. Initial coming from the freezer they are fairly firm but still bendalble. they qickly become easy to bend. I keep 3 in the freezer so that I have always got one available. I hope this is helpful.
