Parts were delivered with product product and operate properly and Amazon won’t let me into their customer service so I can get a return

Unbelievable well made bike!
What a steal! With the global bike shortage I can’t believe these bikes are in stock. I was looking at Treks but didn’t want to wait and this105 carbon is a better bike! What other 20 lb bike can you buy with Shimano 105 group set for $1200? The fit and finish on this bike is excellent. This is really a no brainer purchase.

Broke on my second ride
The rear derailer snapped (the metal actually broke off) on my second ride. I had my Trek for 10 years, just got this new Schwinn, lasted 2 days. I called the support line, I was greeted by a very rude customer service person who did not even say anything like "sorry to hear you had a problem with your purchase," and immediately let me know that it must have been something I did. Funny, I rode my Trek bike on these same Maine roads for a decade, without a problem, and 2 rides in to the Schwinn it broke down.

Muy buena inversión por mi schwinn fastback carbon 105.
Muy buen producto, la compra de esta bicicleta, la hice basada en su cómoda geometría, para evitar dolor de espalda, y efectivamente ha funcionado como quería, posee buenos componentes shimano 105, si eres de lo que le gusta bajarle mas peso a la bici te recomiendo un nuevo sillín, los ascesorios seatpost, handlebar, los compre de carbón, porque son de aluminio pesado, la gomas a menos que le pongas una cinta de Kevlar como hice pueden durar, pero en mis primera dos salidas, tuve pinchaduras, le puse la cinta y problema resuelto. Otra cosa pensaba que por su geometría sería una bicicleta perezosa, pero es bastante rápida y ágil, y considerando el precio es una buena elección, me gustó mucho y por eso la recomiendo.

Great road bike!
Love this bike! Sleek, fast and worth the price. I did get an open box and some things I had to take care of myself that you wouldn't otherwise have to deal with brand new but it made me a make shift bike mechanic and in the long run that's a good thing! The bike itself is stiff and a pleasure to ride. This is my first time on a true road bike and you'll have to get use to the ride but once you do you'll love it. I've already put over 300 miles on this bike. Only recommendation? Buy brand new and have a pro bike shop assemble it. These bikes need to be fine tuned.
