5’6”, 155lbs, Waist 30”, Hips 39”, I ordered a Large. These are your classic biker shorts with padding and it helps that it slims slightly. I made the mistake of going on the wonder weight loss shot without working out. So now I’m all flab with no a$$. This will give me the confidence to wear pants again while I take time to start lifting weights. There was adjusting to do, the butt pads have writing on it telling you “left,right” and which part goes “down”. The hip pads have no writing on it so I just adjusted to what looked the best. Each pad placement has its own pocket. Where the hip pad meets the butt pad I noticed they bunch up if not placed correctly. So make sure everything is properly adjusted before leaving out and after you use the bathroom. It does feel like foam because it is! If someone smacks your butt it will have a foamy thud sound. So make sure no one touches you unless you want them to know your secret. I probably won’t use the hip pads because I think it dramatizes the entire look, but I’m not entirely sure I’ll see how it goes. I mainly want this for jeans, leggings, cargo & yoga pants. Under a thin tight dress it might be visible so keep that in mind these aren’t seamless biker shorts. They look great on and don’t over pinch the thighs. They are very comfortable/stretchy and adds functionality to my wardrobe.

The way this made me look more feminine is crazy. My body shape is inverted triangle (broad shoulders, narrow waist, zero cake). I wore it with a bodycon dress and wow it was very comfortable. The padding isn’t too much, and the functionality was fantastic. I was definitely mobile in this, and everything stayed in place.

Okay, I’m not sure people are looking for this size pads but they are ridiculously huge. I mean I looked like my butt was 10x’s it’s real size. The hip pads were wild and bigger that my thighs. You need to tone this down. I missed the window to return these so it’s just a total loss for me. There is no way I could leave the house like that. They are doing WAY too much. Looked ridiculous.

If you make this garment seamless it will be well worth the purchase

This is by far the BEST butt lifter I ever purchased PERIOD! Outstanding quality and SUPER comfortable. Wore it for 8+hours with no issues. Love that it enhances my curves/shape. No lines shown and no extra lace at the bottom which I can appreciate. My only small complaint is that it should had came with instructions for the padding inserts but I was able to figure it out. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing more.

I LOVEEEEE these!! I have several pairs! They add the curves you need to feel confident and sexy in any outfit! I've bought other brands and can say that Pop Closet is by far the best! They are easy to clean and don't wrinkle up like others do.

This shapewear gives me a fantastic shape! I wouldn't have bought one with hip pads, but it looks really natural. I'm super flat back there, and I can wear these without worrying that my friends will know I'm wearing them. I did knock off one star because the top of the short rolls down, which is really annoying, but they're comfortable to stand in and don't cut into my thighs at all.

So comfortable and natural going to order another I wear it every day. Highly recommend for anyone with no butt . Fit is on point 5.4 125lbs medium fits great I don’t like things squishing. Has no bulge. Quality is good. Only issue is when you go the bathroom you need to readjust the pads a bit.
