Professionally fitted in our kitchen we have had nothing but problems with this product. 3 times now failures which were 100% the product and not the fitting. the time taken is far greater cost than the useless part

Perfect replacement for previous transformer which was much larger - it did what it said on the tin.

These transformers require a minimum load of 20 watts whenever they are switched on. I have them powering downlights in kitchen cabinets and let both 20w bulbs blow, so the transformer blew as well. Always carry a good stock of spare bulbs and replace any non working ones immediately. Otherwise they are fine.
