Can the instrument measure emi / emc and get printouts with fcc lass a or class b line limits?

I don't have the EMI license on my unit so I don't have your answer. Call the folks at Rigol - They are very helpful.

I understand the tg to mean; "tracking generator" not tone generator. it is not a signal generator right?
