This rope is easy to handle, takes knots extremely well and comes as a hank for ease of use. The diameter and strength is perfect for general purpose tasks. I purchase this one in particular because it is 100% cotton and thus biodegradable. Before this I was using jute cord of the same diameter which is even cheaper but much messier and harder on the hands. This rope has a much cleaner, finished appearance.

I have ordered this product 5 times, 4 different colors. I use it to make rope bowls/baskets. The quality is very good, it has the strength I want for my projects and there are very few flaws. I have found that any rope I have bought will have a flaws throughout and this brand has had very few in the colors I have purchased. The price is excellent and I will continue to try out different colors. I recommend this brand for those sewing rope crafts.
