Very close to original part...
Although I do not remember having as much difficulty placing the original one in place, it does fit. Now, it's a matter of time to see if its quality is better than the original part which developed a hole through and through.

Lots of damage and incomplete welds
Besides the substantial bends/damage in the product, several welds along the edges were incomplete, with small gaps, shoddy in appearance and inconsistent metal with the rest of the pan. Appears chromed instead of solid stainless steel.
